“Capri was great. I was a first-time homebuyer and she was able to explain everything and walk me through the process at each step along the way. Capri is very knowledgeable about real estate and warned of potential problems when they came up. She negotiated $10K in credits which, combined with my savings, allowed me to reach 20% down & avoid PMI. The inspection found a few issues, though nothing super severe, but she was able to get the sellers to fix one issue and pay a couple thousand additional credits for everything else. The appraisal actually came in a bit above the asking price, so that combined with all the credits meant I got a pretty good value on the house.”
