This helped speed up the sale and gave me the knowledge so I wasn’t wondering if I was doing the right thing. Dara, her lead negotiator, is amazing. She has proudly been in the business for over 40 years and can adapt to any situation to ensure great client outcomes. In my particular case, we were waiting for the buyers grants to clear before we could close. Everything else was ready to go. At 1pm on a Friday I received a call from Eliza stating that the grants cleared and we were closing at 3pm. As soon as they got the green light to close, they wasted no time. There were several hurdles that they had to overcome to close on such short notice but they worked as a team and got it done. I am forever grateful for their hard work! Throughout the process of selling my home, there were specific documents or tasks that I needed to complete as the buyer and Maria’s office always clearly communicated what specifically was needed and where to find it. I am not in the real estate business so I don’t know all of the terminology but they made it easy to understand and they helped me whenever it was needed. “Capri was great. I was a first-time homebuyer and she was able to explain everything and walk me through the process at each step along the way. Capri is very knowledgeable about real estate and warned of potential problems when they came up. She negotiated $10K in credits which, combined with my savings, allowed me to reach 20% down & avoid PMI. The inspection found a few issues, though nothing super severe, but she was able to get the sellers to fix one issue and pay a couple thousand additional credits for everything else. The appraisal actually came in a bit above the asking price, so that combined with all the credits meant I got a pretty good value on the house.”
