Ordered on a Saturday evening, they are closed Sunday and Monday: notified order was ready on Tuesday, it was delivered to my house on Wednesday. Packed very well even though the Ups guy threw it onto my stone porch ( I saw him do it), the contents were undamaged. Price was slightly lower than their competition so good... read full comment

Had miscommunication on product being back ordered. They refunded and was very polite over the phone. Will keep them in mind for future purchases.
