“I came in this morning needing a way to hang my large print.John at Jack's Art Gallery was so kind. He took a look and installed some brackets immediately to the back of my print free of charge. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL. I cannot recommend them enough!!”
“Susan and Ed are THE best. We had a very special project: @MSCHF “King Solomon’s Baby”
It is a very rare 1-of-1 mid-section of their 2025 experience. It is massive and very delicate. Susan and Ed consulted my wife and I on the perfect frame and setting. The patience for them to complete this difficult project paid-off handsomely. Not only was it perfect, but it was also delivered with care.
There’s no words I can say that encapsulates the gratitude I have for this super team. But hope this review helps convince you to work with them for your frame. You will certainly be happy.”

“Don’t hesitate to get your pictures framed here. Wonderful business and very warm and friendly owner. Incredibly reasonable prices! I had another quote that was wildly expensive and so glad a friend recommended Amsterdam Gallery. They also deliver your framed artwork. I can’t wait to receive it in a week!”
“It was a great experience to be part of a group exhibition in which I took one of my photographs and I also talked about what inspired me to create it, I met authentic people and artists with their work as well, it was a great night of sharing and getting to know this gallery.”
“I can’t say enough great things about One River Englewood and the teachers/people who work there.
My son loves art and drawing and I had been looking for somewhere to bring him for art classes. My friend suggested we try out One River, and since we hadn’t heard of it before, we called and asked if my son would be able try out a class. They scheduled a class for us a few days later! He is a little on the shy side, so he was nervous to go… but from the moment we walked in the door, we immediately felt welcomed into a warm and friendly environment.
From the first class, my son loved his teacher Miss Erica. We signed up immediately after that first class. He’s also taken classes with Miss Shannon, who he also adores! They’re both so encouraging, kind, and he’s learned so much. He’s in the Art Shuffle class which we love since it exposes him to so many types of media. He’s grown so much as an artist in the seven months we’ve been there.
I also need to mention the amazing people who work there, including the owners Shannon and Shayla, Valentina who is there the days my son has class, and Erica his teacher… and I’m sure everyone else who works there is equally incredible. They all encourage each kiddo to be themselves and express that through their artwork. They are welcoming and make us feel like family each time we’re there. They have been very accommodating when my son has been sick and we needed to reschedule. They host a various camps on days off of school, spring breaks, summer, etc. which my son really enjoyed. And they do wonderful things for the community (this month they have a Kindness Project display in the Garden State Plaza to support Autism Awareness). We’re so proud to be a part of this community.
One River has been such a positive bright spot in our lives and we look forward to class each week. So grateful to have found them! Highly recommend checking them out to see how great they are firsthand! <3”
“I have had a number of items framed by Glen Rock Art & Frame. Val recently did a beautiful job framing a needlepoint for my cousin. She recommended the perfect frame & mat color. It came out beautifully & my cousin was thrilled!”
“Such a cute little place for Jazz! Went here for a small gathering and had so much fun. Music was great, service was great, and of course the musicians were great. Definitely coming back, when I’m back in town ”
“I had such a great experience with this art gallery! They handled my custom framing beautifully and finished everything right on time. The quality of the work is exceptional — my piece looks stunning and the attention to detail really shows. Everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about their craft. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality framing and great service!”
“The Blue Door Art Center is for me a uniquely welcoming arts community providing artistic connections in a nurturing atmosphere of openness and inspiration. Artists of all levels and media participate in "almost monthly" themed exhibitions. The art center also holds frequent free classes for kids and various interactive events. If you want a supportive place to meet other artists and work on your craft, visit, participate, join!”

“Manuel has framed three items for us and each time he has done an excellent job. He has good ideas and has been helpful in getting the right frames and colors for our pieces. And, his prices are comparatively reasonable.”

“I had my eye on this "Love" artwork for months. I was so thrilled to finally own it and Mike hung it on our wall last week with great care. It's just so gorgeous. Thank you again Mike and staff for making my birthday wish come true.”
“I am so happy with the framing they did for my daughter's diploma! It was exactly what I wanted, but better. They spent the time with me to choose the perfect frame, and then had the frame ready sooner than I expected. Everything was done with a smile. I'd definitely go back.”
“Not the most expansive gallery space but they pack a lot of great stuff in there! If the exhibits are at all in your sphere of interest (IE, design and creation of objects) it is a great additional stop along with the NYHS or the MNH! Not for kids though, certainly!”
“First visit to Claire Oliver Gallery, one of the stops of the Harlem Art Stroll. Amazing photo exhibition by Jeffrey Henson Scales who at 14 yo photographed engaging images of the Black Panthers. The space is great, spacious, well illuminated with very high ceilings.”

“I went here when I was a kid and I had the best time ever. This was way back in 2006 but I made friends I still hang with as an adult and took so many different classes for art/film/etc. I also met people from nonprofits that I got to work with and opened up many more opportunities for me as I got into high school. I can’t wait to pass the torch to my nephews by taking them here as well so they get to enjoy this place as much as I did as a kid.”
“I guess there is a reason why I have been coming here for nearly 20 years. I actually look forward to my next picture that needs to be framed because I know the job Andy at Elegant Poster does is the best!”
“My kids celebrated their Birthday by pottery party and it was great. Also they always love to go to their summer camp and after school classes.
Painting, drawing, crafts, pottery and more.”
“Decent museum with two exhibit spaces. It was a nice way to pass some time indoors on a cold winter day in December. I was expecting more art relating to the history of El Barrio (East Harlem), but it was actually an assortment of recently acquired pieces. I appreciated the accessibility of a suggested donation option, too!”
“I wasn’t expecting this at all !! Walking through the doors is super dope and chilled very creative neat and clean !! I smoke CBD for the first time and it’s so relaxing and chill! Home Made CBD herbs! Stephanie really thought about every aspect of making it a home away from home !! See u guys next week !! appreciate you all !! We got our tickets in advance!! Peace and love !”
“Loved the Made in America exhibit at the Cooper Hewitt museum! As a celebration of America's 250th birthday, this beautiful photo exhibit celebrates industry and craftsmanship in America. I had no idea so many things we love and use are made right here in this area! The free public tour gets into the passion of the photographer Chris Payne for highlighting a part of America we rarely see, factories filled with diverse people who take joy in making what they make.
From an ideological standpoint, this museum was so refreshing, proudly honoring our country and our industrious history and our hopeful future!
The actual mansion has tours on Tuesdays and Fridays, we went on a Wednesday and got a docent led tour of the photo exhibit by Sara who was lovely and knowledgeable. She was patient, welcoming and very helpful in getting a more full perspective of what was behind the photos.
The first floor of the museum is absolutely beautiful with one original piece of art over the fireplace and carefully crafted intricate wood/plaster carvings on the walls and ceilings. A guilded age mansion in Manhattan is special in and of itself, but the history of the building is also fascinating. I didn't know it was used as an extension of Columbia University for the social work program.
We will definitely be coming back when the 3rd floor reopens and when the snow melts and the spring flowers fill the garden.”

“They told me that they might be using a baby picture of me for an Art Exhibit. "We are going to be using that baby picture of you." When I got there, I found out they didn't use it, but I had fun anyway. Great open art space. Very close to the Dinosaur BBQ restaurant with its taste ribs. The Lenfest Center for the Arts has a large coffee shop on the street level, and it's used by the hard-studying Columbia University students all the time.they might use”
“I’ve had such a great experience getting tattooed by Pawel. He’s super talented, and really makes sure you’re happy with every detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work. I can’t wait to go back for my next pieces. Highly recommend him!”
