“I have been to this place twice before as they are contracted with my insurance and I needed to go for repairs after an accident. They were excellent both times, they finished the work on the time schedule that they had predicted, and I was very happy with the repairs and the bodywork.This time I went with a different car, one that was not involved in an accident. I was not aware that they do not do body work for non-accident cars. However he recognized me from the first two times I had been there, he did take a look at the car, he told me what it would probably cost outside from a facility that would do body work outside of insurance claim, and he gave his honest opinion that the work was probably not worth it for the age of the car and the continuing decay that would occur would probably take a few years, during which time I would still be able to utilize the car in an excellent fashion, and I could save the bodywork money. He also advised that if I really wanted to pursue the bodywork repair, I should not repair the existing hood panel, but should instead look for a hood panel in better quality from a salvage yard. But because of the type of car I have, he advised that it would likely cost several hundred dollars just for a used hood panel, plus the money that would be needed to repaint it and the two side panels so that they would match. The owner's name is Paul, and he had no reason to give me his honest opinion about the car but he did, and this actually ended up being confirmed by another facility ( Fort Lee road Auto body), who also confirmed that I should save the money for another use, namely to keep the car maintained well, and should hold off on making cosmetic repairs because it would not affect the functionality of the car, nor was it going to be immediate in its decay. I thank both of those facilities for giving me their honest opinion. I would go to either one anytime.”

“Sal and his team are great! I have gone there for oil changes,break replacements, news tires all of it. Sal keeps his word which most mechanics don’t, On the punctuality of how long the job will take and when it will be done. Him and his staff are very friendly and anytime I’ve gone there, If I come across an employee, they always greet me in a super friendly manner. Sal and his team are very trustworthy and great at getting the job done!If you’re looking for a spot that is great at what they do and will not rip you off this is it.The only bit of constructive criticism I have is that Sal and I had a discussion about needing things done on my vehicle. He provided me with a quote, and I decided to wait probably five months after that quote to get the job done. Unfortunately, when I came to pick up my car, the price that I had to pay was unexpected! Thankfully, I just got my bonus check so I could afford it but I do wish that they could have called and communicated the new cost!When I brought that up in the moment again, Sal was sincerely apologetic. “I had my car towed to their shop late afternoon because it stopped running. I received excellent service from their shop! The owner and staff were friendly and gave undivided attention. They were knowledgeable and even explained clearly what they will need to do to fix the car. The owner called me afterwards to let me know that my oil also needed to be changed (it was already due anyway) and asked me if I would like them to do that as well. He again clearly let me know the price ahead of time and what they will be doing. The owner called the next day and it was already fixed! He explained how much the total was and broke it down. The price was very very reasonable especially for a car repair shop. Will definitely be going to them next if I have any car issues!
