“I received a very friendly and helpful customer service at the store. Great service at the store!
My only regret is that FedEx has scheduled to deliver my package later than I expected. That would make my whole purpose for paying over $200 to ship my very time sensitive package all worthless. I pray that the delivery date changes to at least 2 days earlier. That would mean the world to me.
I have returned to give FedEx a thumbs up ? for an excellent delivery service. Since my last post, FedEx delivered my very time sensitive package two days earlier than previously scheduled. That made all the difference for me.

I typically go on Saturdays and everyone that works there on Saturday's are all absolutely excellent! They deserve a raise! ;) This location is one of the best UPS locations in the city in my opinion.”

Jessica from the print department called me promptly to explain what was going on and offered several helpful options for getting my postcards printed and shipped. She even kept me updated on the possibility of a repair later in the day.
Although I ultimately decided to cancel the order since it wasn’t urgent, I was genuinely impressed by the communication, professionalism, and care I received.
