This UPS store is a bit further from my house, but I don’t mind the drive because of the superb customer service that I receive each and every time

Pleasant, helpful and efficient. I used to avoid using UPS as a shipping option due to the poor service I received at other locations. At the Englewood Cliffs location, they changed my perception of UPS service. They provide quick, no-hassle, friendly service every time!
