“Best tow service, Nikolas is a very helpful, honest and caring person. He does not only care about your vehicle he also cares about his customers. He helped me big time when i was stuck in the middle of the night and couldn't get another tow. He went out of his way to even give me a ride back home even though it was not near the area he picked me up and dropped my broken down car to. He offered me snacks and heat and a blanket as I was out in the cold for hours before I found his tow service. He was not about to leave somebody stranded in the cold in the middle of the night, with no one else to help them. He is very very kind and the most respectable tow truck driver I have ever dealt with, there is no reason to not trust him when you are broken down.”
“I had an issue with my vehicle the other night and called a few places, didn’t get anyone to answer, but when I got to Nick’s towing they answered, were very polite and professional. They sent the truck out and it showed up in about 20 minutes to a half hour great service. The driver even helped me push my car into the driveway I highly recommend this towing company”

“You’re a fool if you choose any other auto body shop other than Rich’s!! I needed a new side view mirror and was told a brand new one would be $1,500. Vinny was able to locate a used one in perfect condition for $375 and had it painted to match. Installed while I waited in under 30 minutes. HUGE shout out to Vinny, Rich, Bob and Tommy!!

I was very comfortable coming back today for some new damage to my Acadia Denali. My car was sideswiped on the 87S and I had some damage. It’s been 2 years driving around with the scraps and dings. “These guys are the real deal! After a week of calling multiple companies in the Bronx to remove a unauthorized car from my property I was able to find these guys online. Every other company I spoke with either gave me the run around or never called me back. I dealt with John who handled the situation for me within 15 minutes. Sent him the address, signed paperwork, and they were at the property ready to go. Wish I found these guys earlier. Highly recommend working with them. Definitely will be giving them the contract to tow at all my properties in the area!”
“A great experience here! Had my car inspected, just moved here and needed it for registration. Issues with my car and Rob and Dalton were so helpful, gave me sound advice on what to do. I need a new car and they gave me suggestions about different minivans! After all they did for inspection did not charge me since my car had issues !

“All I have to say is Vinnie and his team are very detail oriented and have an exceptional experience of the brand Land Rover. It’s hard now to find an honest and reliable Land Rover specialist. I had to take my 2018 Range Rover sport to fix issues that the dealers messed up and charged me a big fee.Vinne and his team helped me out and kept me updated with the process and there work is fabulous. My RR sport is driving even smoother than when I bought it thanks to them. I highly recommend them if you need any work done on your Land Rover/Range rovers Vinne and his team are your guys. “Best tow experience I've ever had. Ray is the man!! Super friendly guy and his level of professionalism is bar none. He was challenged with a shut down Sierra 1500 in a very tight spot for a long flat bed to maneuver out of. His experience and skill was definitely proven. Normally, drivers would be cranky when facing obstacles like this but he was optimistic and positive. That's exactly what you want to see when your brand new $75k truck has to be towed back to the dealership. Hope this sums it up for anyone looking for a company that knows what they're doing.
