Walgreens is a well-stocked and conveniently located pharmacy that offers a range of services, including a pharmacy, photo service, and a variety of regular items. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with the pharmacy team being particularly knowledgeable and willing to assist customers. They will even notify customers if a medication is covered or not before processing the order. The store is clean and well-maintained. However, one customer had a negative experience with an employee who was condescending and rude when the customer tried to pick up a photo order, despite the customer having a confirmation number and email indicating the order was at that location. Fortunately, the assistant manager was able to resolve the issue and locate the order.
Seems each time I call to speak to the pharmacy I’m on hold then they disconnect the call. And I have to call because of something they did incorrectly. Last time they disconnected me 3 times. I have no problem waiting if they answer but to just disconnect is so unprofessional.

I love Walgreens, It's the only store that will give you a brown paper bag thats biodegradable When you purchase something. The Walgreens app makes it easy to keep track of your prescriptions, the pharmacy is very helpful, They're the best.

I asked a staff a black female if they have an item I was looking for. She forcefully said, “What? What ever is there.” That’s not the way you talk to a customer Unprofessional, rude. Not very helpful .
