Walgreens is a well-stocked and conveniently located pharmacy that offers a range of services, including a pharmacy, photo service, and a variety of regular items. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with the pharmacy team being particularly knowledgeable and willing to assist customers. They will even notify customers if a medication is covered or not before processing the order. The store is clean and well-maintained. However, one customer had a negative experience with an employee who was condescending and rude when the customer tried to pick up a photo order, despite the customer having a confirmation number and email indicating the order was at that location. Fortunately, the assistant manager was able to resolve the issue and locate the order.
The pharmacy staff was incredibly rude. After waiting for about 10 minutes, they informed me that they couldn’t help me because they were closing for lunch. As a result, I’m transferring my medication to another location.

Pound for pound one of the worst pharmaceutical sectors I’ve ever experienced. They never have your meds and always want you to call and get an alternative at cost that would always affect the customer. Horrendous service! I wish I could give them less than 1 star if possible

I asked a staff a black female if they have an item I was looking for. She forcefully said, “What? What ever is there.” That’s not the way you talk to a customer Unprofessional, rude. Not very helpful .
