Pharmacy takes forever to pick up phone... if they do sometimes it will just be like someone hung up on you. Also, they make it nearly impossible to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Line is way way too long all the time just to pick up meds. The staff are angels but there let down again and again by shitty management refusing to staff two lanes and wasting everyone’s times
