Then was nobody on the line and the cashier person was the most terrible worker ever seeing in any Walgreens very rude , unresponsive ,
un respectfully,snappy always with bad attitude
If she doesn’t want to work on holiday don’t do it
I will never come back to this location

I had a great experience. Cherief was very helpful. He was multitasking and had exceptional knowledge. He knew where everything was and helped 3 customers in less than 1 minute. Must’ve had years of experience! Keep up the good work!

Nice Walgreens. Good, fast pharmacy. The usual clean wide aisles. Great photo department. They also do color printing and are helpful to customers. They have super cute toys and gifts and balloons

Earlier this morning around midnight I stopped by one of my favorite stores which is Walgreens in Bergenfield S Washington St. I came across a honest well respected cashier by the name of King Cherief. A great man might I add. ? He did his job not well, but perfect. ? I was going through something tonight, although this was our first time meeting each other. He made me fill like he was part of my Family. Very genuine person authentic and trustworthy. Perfect Job ? you Should hire more Cahiers of this caliber. Don't ever discard this employee, this is one of your Assets of your company. Until next time King ? Cherief. Peace and blessings ? ? ✨️ be upon you ? Brother ? also Well Done to one of my Favorite ? stores Walgreens! To the General public if you need anything stop by to Walgreens in Bergenfield they have great prices ? and there really KIND friendly ? Also great Parking love ? I will like to add perfect ? service regarding these employees as well,King Ricky ? , King Michael ?,Queen Paola Queen Shari Store Manager Randy Astengo Walgreens. For the Pharmacy, I come here regularly, they always provide perfect ? service. I ? never had such perfect ? service everytime. I've never had an Issue when any employee from behind the counter

I came to write this review and of course i’m not surprised by all the awful reviews. I have been going to walgreens pharmacies for as long as I can remember and I just moved near this location. They have an 18/19 year old kid working the pharmacy telling me i have to pay for medication i never paid for. ever. i said did you use my copay card that I have on file that covers the rest of the amount? He said oh the coupons dont work this week its a system error. I said did you inform me of that and i missed a phone call? no of course not. So i wasted time and gas driving here just to be told “to call back later” not offering any type of solution. I’m not here buying a tv, i’m trying to get my medication to survive. Pharmacists are supposed too care. If you don’t care about people, there are plenty of other jobs. i’m home now with no medicine and no idea when i’m supposed to go back.

A tad understaffed (and you can tell who's a bit burnt out/had a bad day thanks to nasty customers) but that's not their fault. Overall, never had a negative experience here and lived nearby for nearly 3 Decades, so I know the local scene

Slow systems and noone picks up the phone.....need to find a mom and pop. Don't blame the Staff necessarily but the systems suck.

Please if you can manage, do not take your children here for vaccination. Pharmacist administering the shots to my 6 year old was cold and dismissive, at the end I had to ask for our documentation and receipts. Maybe if we had been a different color the customer service would’ve been better but that’s saying something too now isn’t it. I only came here because they had the shots in stock next time I’ll just wait until the other nearby Walgreens has in stock. Disgusting!

The cashier was incredibly rude. When I asked his name, he mumbled something. I asked "Ronald?" He mumbled again. I asked "Ryland?" He then very clearly told me he was not going to repeat himself again. He was very unhelpful about a question I had about the price of an item I had purchased. When I said that if it wasn't the price on the sign, I might return it. He grabbed the item and returned it without anyone checking the sign, or asking if I wanted to return it for cash or on my card, since I had paid for my purchase with both. When the manager finally arrived, he was very nice. He checked the sign and took care of my refund. This cashier should not be working with people. He gives Walgreens a bad name. This is coming from a customer who is also a cashier.

My meds was sent to this place and it has been sent 2 hours ago but when I went to pick up the guy in the counter says few minutes and after patiently waiting,we were not called at all, instead we have to go the counter to ask for it. I'm giving them a very poor review because , It was upsetting that I was really sick and came from urgent care, I have to move my rx elsewhere next time.
