“I had a great experience with Benner’s Auto Body from the very beginning.
When I first called to inquire about the repair, Alda was extremely nice, patient, and professional. She took her time answering 1000 questions from me and never once made me feel rushed lol. That really stood out, especially compared with some other body shops I called where I felt like they were rushing to get me off the phone.
When I went to this shop Alda, and Vinny were both very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process.
Another big plus is that they are a GEICO certified repair facility. I didn’t have to deal with any headaches going back and forth with the insurance company. They handled the insurance side directly, which made the entire process much easier and less stressful.
Overall, I was satisfied beyond my expectations with both the customer service and the repair experience. I would definitely recommend Benner’s Auto Body to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and trustworthy body shop. They kept telling me, “If you experience any issues related to the repair, just come back But after the experience I had with them, I feel like I might stop by to just to say hello whenever I’m in the area. “I had Adam as a salesperson. I can’t say enough good things about him. Not only was the deal straightforward and reasonable, he has gone above and beyond AFTER the sale. He made sure the car was set up properly for my profile and digital key settings, and then told me to bring in my wife’s x7 so he can properly set those up (they never worked until Adam fixed them).
Bmw of Morristown is fine, but Adam is great.”

“2nd job that Mr. Flow did on my 2008 Nissan Altima, the first being the replacement of trim on my car. I had to acknowledge the excellent work they did repairing both the upper and lower after market grills on my car. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and my car was returned looking better than when I brought it in. I have already informed them of my intrest in having another job done to my car in the very near future. The service was excellent from top to bottom. This, for me, helps in maintaining my car both inside and out and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Updating this original post. I have returned twice, including this post. The first time was a paint job of my calipers and brake drums. This last time was to replace damaged tail lights. The work was done on both jobs in a timely manner and most importantly professionalism in workmanship. Their commitment to excellence is why I will remain a customer and, again, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Flow to anyone.”
