Just purchased my first Lexus from Lexus of Rt 10. My sales specialist was Rosemarie and my finance specialist was Sean. I can't say enough about their professionalism, knowledge and kindness. I have a Lexus dealer 5 mins from me, but, I will drive the extra 40 mins just to deal with this particular Lexus establishment.

Bought a certified preowned 2021 IS Sport. When plugged into car play and making a call I was told it was "normal" for the call to have static and words to drop". Corporate didn't help and problem still exists. HUGE inconvenience!!! So disappointed and frustrated!
