Manager very dismissive. NOT professional. Very poor level of professionalism. Always chit chatting with irrelevant conversation dismissive ignored me when I was in need of help with my account.A change of manager would make a very great branch.Tellers are awesome, know what they're doing.

Bank officer Edgar took great care of me. Updated some investment accounts and removed unauthorized user. The bank teller was also very friendly. Highly recommend this Chase branch. Their atm gives $100s $20s $5s.
