She was the only staff member there but managed to handle multiple customers efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Even when a rush of customers came in, Nada stayed calm and composed, ensuring everyone received the best possible service. I overheard several other customers praising her as well. Nada is a true example of excellent customer service and leadership. People like her deserve recognition. I'll definitely be back to this UPS Store.”

“Wonderful experience with Crater & Freighters. We relocated to Denmark and I wanted to send my 2007 "like new" Ducati. I found them by reputation for crating art... And a Ducati could arguably be considered "art"? Regardless, Joe Marotta communicated and responded to my questions. I also discovered that our shipping company was very familiar with them which furthered my comfort level and understanding that shipping is a tight-knit business. After our container arrived I was even more pleased by how my Duc was securely set inside. It was better than the photos. “When shopping at the Livingston Staples, I was only there to purchase copy paper and since the staff was very helpful about some other products I asked about, I asked for additional help with information on Laser Printers. The staff person was polite and guided me to the hardware printer section to answer some detailed questions about laser printers. So glad he just didn't point me in that direction and leave me hanging like other stores. It was a pleasant experience and will be back to purchase the laser printer once I get my new office set up.”

“Wow I cannot say enough amazing things!!! I had an AWFUL experience Monday in Cranford trying to do a name change on my passport. I walked in and no one wanted to help me despite having an appointment, and they also told me I had the wrong form (it ended up being the correct form). After 45 minutes, my gut told me to leave and go to another post office. I walked into Fanwood today and was so pleasantly greeted by Evans who told me I indeed had the right form and walked me through the entire process. He was so wonderful and knowledgeable, and I am so happy my instincts told me to try another post office. Had I submitted my application the way they were advising, I would have received a rejection letter and wouldn’t have my passport in time for my vacation. Highly recommend Fanwood. They are truly wonderful here.”

“Reviewing the post office based on how they handle your passport application is just stupid. This is a post office. They handle mail. And parcels. They sell stamps. And money orders. Yes, they are required to handle passport applications, but forcing other customers to wait while you ask stupid passport questions whose answers can be found online or fill out forms that should be completed ahead of time is inconsiderate and self-centered.
The postal operations at this facility are first-class. I’ve been a customer here for decades and, other than some occasional grumpiness, have never had a service problem. They are efficient and very knowledgeable.”
