“Santiago is great. Honest about whether or not PDR is possible to repair a dent. I reached out to him twice. Once with a shallow dent and he did a fantastic job and made it look like new. Once with a deep dent that was too deep for PDR and he referred me to a body shop (which also did a fantastic job and made it look like new).”

“Kyle was super helpful (as always). Scheduled an appointment over the phone, brought the car in, and got it back in just a couple of hours (well before the estimated time). Would be great to have an online scheduling tool, and the parking lot is a bit smaller (less spots) for the inflow that the Firestone typically sees. Minor issues. Really great experience overall.”
