I was out of state in my 2022 Bronco when I broke down 6 miles away from Salerno Duane Ford. Because they knew I was traveling, they dropped everything to fix my Bronco. I only hope the owner of this dealership knows how focused on excellence these employees are. I gave the mechanic a big tip, and he (I think he was from The Ukraine) was very appreciative.”

“Kyle was super helpful (as always). Scheduled an appointment over the phone, brought the car in, and got it back in just a couple of hours (well before the estimated time). Would be great to have an online scheduling tool, and the parking lot is a bit smaller (less spots) for the inflow that the Firestone typically sees. Minor issues. Really great experience overall.”
