Just switched to this service dept. and I think they are best around. Easy scheduling, they actually looked at my car on the day I brought it (which isn't the case at the other dealer I had used prior), very helpful and friendly too. I'll be bringing my car here from now on. Kari (not sure of the spelling) is awesome.

For a small shop this dealership has probably the most knowledgeable technicians in the area. They have multiple guys with over 10 years of fixing these and other cars made by ford. The lead tech has about 25-30 years. This is not the biggest shop but it does churn out some decent numbers.
