However, significant frustrations exist with the drive-through service, which is often not properly manned. Customers report long waits and prescriptions not ready as promised, even after hours. There can also be miscommunication and frustrating issues, including pricing errors at the register where items ring up higher than marked. Despite these aggravating problems, many recommend Walgreens as better than other pharmacies for getting prescriptions fast.

5 stars. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the names of the pharmacist and staff who helped me on Sunday, but they were KIND, and processed my prescriptions quickly. Their kindness was exceptional, and I felt cared for. Thanks Walgreens BH!
