Every month or 15 days, when I try to pick up my medication via the Drive thru, it takes about 15-20 mins for someone to approach the window. This is very frustrating.

The worst place to get your prescription filled. People behind the counter are not friendly at all. But you see commercials on TV showing how friendly they are and helpful but they forgot to send the memo to this store. Their prescriptions prices are too high too.
