This guy at Bayville auto zone just scratched my wife's car putting a rear wiper on, won't take responsibility for it and lied constantly, I didn't do it. Won't mention any names, and since he's lying the AUTO Zone store won't buy the touch up paint needed. Nobody takes any responsibility anymore. I WILL NEVER USE AUTO ZONE AGAIN.

There was a cold day a few days ago and my car wanted to turn over but it wouldn't; so today, on the 1st day where it was a little bit warmer, my car started. But, I still wondered that the cold crank wasn't up to par, so I went to this particular store and John was wonderful. He advised which battery to buy, installed it, and everything is now flawless. I want to thank the store and especially John for his help and attention as I can now drive my car without any fear of it stalling out or not starting when I'm away from home.

Gentlemen tested, and replaced my battery with a new one. Also informed me that it was still under warranty.. Which l didn't realize..... Outstanding service and great job ? Thank you

I just came back from AutoZone in Bayville, NJ because I needed windshield wiper blades for my daughter's 2013 Honda Civic. The previous set froze to the window during our recent snow storm and were useless. The gentleman, who turned out to be the manager, was more than helpful in choosing the proper set for the car, but when I asked him how difficult they were to install, he went the extra step and installed them for me right in the parking lot. Though it only took him a few seconds, I know it would have taken me hours since there were spare parts and adapters in the package and he know exactly what I needed. I can't say enough good things about my experience at AutoZone in Bayville, NJ. This is not the only time that the employees there have helped me and I highly recommend them. They may be a national chain, but they still give that "home town service." I wish there were more stores and people who took care of me as well as this gentleman did.
