“I always loved Echelon store because its not as crowed as the deptford one and it has everything I ever needed this time it looked barely stocked I had to ask the sales clerk if they were closing. Shelves were bare the fudge area wasn't even open. Non was made I went for slippers bed sheets and fudge for my father and only got the sleepers. I got bath towels couldn't even get full sets they didn't have them in stock. They said it was from the fire at the other end of the shopping center but I don't know about that.”
“My daughter and I stopped in so provisions for the second time. The first time I went there I bought two pair of shoes. I like them so much that I went back for third time and Rosanna was our sales person. She was absolutely amazing. She had me try on every shoe that I was interested in and if I felt it was a little bit not right she got another shoe out and nothing was too much for her. We wanted to help her put the shoes in the boxes but she was fine. I definitely will be back when I know Rosanna is working mainly because of the time she gave us making sure we were satisfied with our products and we know we will definitely be back again. We love the sneakers now I have three pair of sneakers that will make myneuropathy so much better thank you for having such a great employee.”
“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who helped me, but she did everything in her power to help me, despite the fact that she was working. I truly appreciate that. She called taxicab companies – none of which answered. She offered me a few suggestions and told me how to get to the security office. This woman is someone anthropology can be very proud of. I cannot thank her enough for her help.”

Danielle was SUPER helpful and heard every concern and need I required in new work boots; as soon as I was talking she was coming up with a plan and it checked all the boxes for me. “ALL i CAN SAY IS WOW! CALLED THE STORE IN THE AM TO SEE IF I COULD GET LACROSSE HEAD RESTRUNG. BECAUSE MY DAUGHTERS STICK WAS NOT LEGAL. THE YOUNG LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID WE COULD GET IT DONE TODAY RIGHT. WHAT HAPPENED NEXT WAS THE AWESOME PART. I WALKED INTO THE STORE INTRODUCED MYSELF THERE WERE TWO LADY THAT I KNEW WERE LACROSSE PLAYERS AND KNEW FROM THERE BODY LANGUAGE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THE ONE GIRL TOOK STICK AND SAID RIGHT AWAY THIS COULD BE A QUICK FIX. BEING A LACROSSE DAD FOR BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS I KING OF KNOW WHATS LEGAL AND AND WHATS NOT. MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD A DISAGREEMENT WHICH I FOUND OUT SHE WAS RIGHT. I HAD MY DAUGHTER ON THE PHONE AND SHE EXPLAINED WHAT SHE DID AND DID NOT WANT TO PUT A NEW MESH IN BECAUSE SHE IS IN TOURNAMENT PLAY AND WOULD TAKE TIME TO BREAK IN. THEY FIXED HER LACROSSE HEAD MADE SURE IT WAS LEGAL AND USED IT IN STORE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS GOOD TO THROW. WHEN SHE WAS FINISHED I OFFERED TO PAY AND SHE SAID SIR ITS OK. ITS NOT ABOUT PAYING BECAUSE i KNOW I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE THE STORE AND PEOPLE ARE AMAZING. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING ANY WHERE ELSE FOR YOUR DAUGHTERS LACROSSE NEEDS SIMPLY THE BEST.”
“I have been getting my shoes and my kids shoes from here for about two years. Whenever I need croc charms I don’t go anywhere else they have all the cute ones and all the cheap ones! The cutest sandals and slip on shoes plus cute heels and everything for the kids !”

I think employee could have done more to assist instead of referring us to call customer service. She told us if we called customer service and got the coupon problem straightened out we would have to bring all the items back along with discount info to have coupon applied. May not visit again for a long time.”

“I brought my wife an hour and a half to the boot barn, and they literally had only two pairs of cowboy boots in her size 5. But the young lady there who was laser focused on customer service fitted her with a pair size 3 in the kids department, which fit perfect and my wife was very happy with. It didn’t get five stars because of the lack of inventory for women’s size 5 so if you find yourself looking for a pair of cowgirl boots in size 5, I suggest you call before you go.”
“This was my first time there. The clothes are of good quality. There was a very nice selection of clothes. The sales people were so nice and very helpful. They were not pushy at all. The clothes are a bit pricey but because the quality is so good and the clothes they sell you don’t see at other places I don’t mind spending more.”
“Good selection and prices but they don't sell wide sizes there. I figured they would being the official retail outlet but you can only get wide online. They also aren't open on monday for some reason. Staff was polite and courteous and didn't hound us which was nice.”

“They have a great Selection of casual and formal wear for all occasions. I always find quality clothing and brands you don’t find at the average department. Stores. Recently purchases an Amazing sport coat and the dress pants that were super comfortable, the in-house tailor makes sure everything had an impeccable fit. No need to go anywhere else they have it all!”
“It’s a very nice store.with nice people, but they make their own hours. Supposed to be open till six on a Sunday. Just stopped there at 4:40, doors were locked and they were turning off the lights. Not the first time I’ve been there when it was supposed to be open, but they are closed.”

“I went to the Outlets about a month ago & got stuck in the store during a very bad, hour-long thunderstorm with high winds & heavy rains. I didn't plan on buying a ton of stuff, but, being stuck inside allowed me to actually look around & find some AWESOME DEALS! I bought fishing gloves, 2 button up shirts, 2 Performance Fishing Gear Tank Tops, socks, & a very cool Columbia decal --> shaped like a dog that reminded me of my Rottweiler! “An amazing store & experience. I had gotten my 1st pair of diabetic shoes last year from a different store & wasn’t entirely happy.I went today to Shoester’s & it was amazing! I was measured & it turned the shoes I had were not the correct size. I have neuropathy & can’t feel my feet which makes it difficult to tell.The shoes I got today made a huge difference. I was walking much better & the orthotics fit perfectly.They have a wide variety of stylish shoes & most are in stock. I ordered a pair of dress shoes which I’ll happily wait for.If you’re on Medicare they’ll process the paperwork for you. I highly recommend them!”
