Worst td bank of them all. Only 1 worker to help getting a new card and waited 45 minutes and decided to get out of line. This is not a convenient bank at all! Stay away from this location or don’t bank here

John at this location was super helpful. This is a review for John and who ever hired John! With other individuals at other locations, the last few times I didn't receive nearly as much insight to my options for my accounts. Really appreciate the guidance!

I’ve been stopping by this bank on my journey going back-and-forth. I have to say on the third time that I’ve been here I get this Russian woman don’t know her name never really bothered to look. That’s been always rude to me. Just basically does it know, people skills, and a person who doesn’t know people skills should not work in a bank where there are people involved I will not go back to this bank. I will go to other banks in the area only because of this certain Russian woman, which I hope The supervisor or the general manager or someone above her reads this ation and thinks about hiring people that don’t have people skills

This is the worst TD branch in any part of NJ- bank anywhere else- anywhere. Bank with your local pawn shop over this place.

Worst branch I’ve ever been. Women with black hair named falon employee had a trash mouth and personality. treats people with disrespect and can’t control her temper. She projects her problems to her customers talking to them in an unpleasant manner. You can tell the type of person she is outside of her job which is honestly surprising she ever even got hired.

problems usiong atm card. Went to 2 TD locations and both ATM machines were down. Stopped at 5 other stores and transactions were declined. Called and spoke to 3 different reps and no solution. How is this Americans most convenient bank when you cant access your own money?

Currently waiting in the drive-thru. 1 teller working on a Friday. Machine for self deposit no longer accepts my company's payroll checks. 20 minutes plus to make a deposit is ridiculous. Are there any good banks out there anymore?

The service here is terrible. I guess they have never heard of quality improvement. The overweight guy with 2 canes was very rude. He also doesn’t know how to speak with an inside voice to avoid the whole bank hearing your personal information. Go to the Blackwood-clementon road location. They have a good check in service. Also the customer service reps are very pleasant.

The worst branch I have ever worked with. They don't answer their phone and their manager sits in a room all day looking st s screen and never helps with anything.

Surprisingly unsatisfied customer care, no one answers when you call the local bank (Berlin Boro) after you are first rerouted to an automated answering service. I was forced to wait over 20 minutes to ask a simple question about gift cards. People don't like listening to an automated person when trying to connect with the local bank. We have been doing business here for over 25 years. Turns out they took away their gift card purchase option which is something my mother purchased for all of her grandchildren (12) year after year. Very disappointing.
