“The professionalism and kindness I experienced at Milellis is hard to come by these days! My battery died on my leased 2024 Acura. Come to find out Acura does not warranty the original battery and quoted me over $500+ for a new one. Frustrated and confused, a friend said to call Milellis. I’m so grateful for the recommendation. Both Steve and Brian were eager to help and got me in right away. They explained what was going on and didn’t make me feel like a moron! They were quick with the work and charged a very fair price! I lease my cars because I don’t trust mechanics. But I can honestly say, I’m rethinking going the leasing route, now that I finally found a shop I can trust! Thanks again!”

“After renting my vehicle I experienced a slow leak in the tire my fourth day of the rental. I was compensated by not filling up the gas tank when I returned the vehicle before my return date. The only reason I didn’t fill the gas tank was I didn’t want the tire to go flat again. Prior to returning the tire was completely flat in my driveway. I contacted the agent and told him I would fill the tire with my air pump at home and then respond the before the air comes back out, to which I did. After returning the vehicle and leaving I kind of felt I could have been compensated by not having to pay for the three days left on my rental. However I am not discouraged and I have been a customer of Enterprise for many years. I will continue to use Enterprise because I am a valued customer and I appreciate any assistance they provided me.”
“Smooth transaction and had the vehicle I wanted. The property is shared with another business with a lot of trucks around and the place looks more like a warehouse, but that doesn't take away from the service they provided.”

“I have to say, this is a business place, not a drama factory like the other company. In the las couople of months I have had to rent a vehicle a couple of times, both were a disaster with the other company, making a reservation, getting there and ending up walking back to my place. At Avis, not even five minutes after arriving I am on the road with my rental, it says something.”

They were so agreeable and fantastic. My car after diagnostics was shot so I had to buy a new one. Stressful? Yes, but their patience and ability to accommodate me got me through! I still had to get to work

“This center went above my expectations, my refrigerator broke on Friday and they made a delivery on Saturday. Pam expedited my contract and ensured the unit was ready to go to me the next day. The manager Malfredo, also helped me with this process by ensuring the delivery was set too. I saved hundreds of $$ on food as I had nowhere to store it while we deal with a repair. Thank u rent a center!Update: I had my repairs completed and they were expeditious AGAIN! Inthe process of picking up my rental unit. Your customer service is much appreciated. All the best.”
“This location is a Budget/Avis rental location. They do truck, van and car rentals. Staff here are helpful and knowledgeable. Most rentals these days are done online so usually you’re just coming in to pick up the vehicle and sign some paperwork. Make sure to check double check hours of operation online to ensure this location is open. We’ve rented multiple vehicles from this location and never had any issues, well except for their electric class vehicle (Volvo polestar) is really just not up to par as other electric models such as Tesla or Ford models even. Worth a trip but save time at the counter by booking online first!!!”
“Avis North Plainfield provided great service from start to finish. Jason was great! My family and I need a 12-15 passenger van for our family vacation to Myrtle Beach and Jason really helped us out. He was professional, courteous, friendly and even helped my aunt and I save on the best deal. The vehicle was also very clean and ready to go upon picking it up. I had no issues returning the van once we got back, everything was fine. I would definitely go back to see Jason over at Avis if I have any future rental needs! My overall experience was pleasant and seamless!”

“We picked up a car from the airport that was dirty and smelled of smoke. Luckily we found this location nearby and saved our vacation and my son whose asthmatic and bothered by the smell. I didn't catch his name, but the guy with braided hair was very helpful and professional.”
