Good cars and great offers simple and smooth process

Excellent with Hertz, Employees and Vehicle. Very easy process from beginning to end. Only problem was with the parking structure charging $8 because wife followed me into structure where we returned the car (5min). That is not Hertz fault though!

Bogus toll charges, taking consumers for granted, passing the buck, slow resolution. Listening to them, I guess it is my fault that they have a poor system.
