“I went to the SouthHampton NJ store to buy a trailer that was listed online as being in stock. When I got there the trailer in stock was damaged because a purchaser left the lot and the tire fell off. The closest store that had the 5.5x10 trailer was an hour away, but not far from my home. They tried to help be purchase online which was not an option (to hold my item). Very nice and helpful. I drove to the other store in Hillsboro NJ and they had 2 trailers, one w the hitch lever bent. I bought the good trailer by using the Affirm app. Employees never saw this way to purchase but helped me successfully to purchase in store w the app (it wasn't easy and it's Black Friday so......). They were stressed, kind, patient and very very helpful. I couldn't leave the trailer for any period of time to save it as a Xmas gift (you could make money letting people get it later btw) so I brought my husband to the store later in the day to surprise him. It was like going back to the store to meet friends for the reveal. Even though I had many issues, more related to the processes of the franchise) I had a wonderful (but stressful) experience and would definitely go back to both stores.”
“We needed some plants for a very marshy part of our yard but were not sure what would take to the soil. Dave was able to help us pick the perfect shrub. He was super knowledgeable and friendly, even helped load everything into the car. Would absolutely recommend Agway over a big box store.”
“What a wonderful place! All rescues and shelters should strive to be like this place. I have adopted and dealt with many shelters and rescues over the years and this place is by far the best. Very clean, every staff member I talked to was extremely nice, you can tell their hearts are in it without the pretentious attitude some rescues have. Hassle free adoption process. They even have a gift shop! Just a word of warning about the cat rooms. Don’t try and go just to “look”. You may end up getting picked by someone and leaving with a new family member.”

“5 stars for outstanding service and friendliness!! I recently brought our 1 year old GSD for her first real bath at the groomers. She’s had baths before at home but thought the groomers would do a better job with better tools than a measly blow dryer. And not to my surprise she came out beautifully. The groomer Sarah and the owners were so understanding of her age and breed that made me less embarrassed of her tail which had a mind of its own knocking over the card rack, and items off their shelf. Knowing that they were knowledgeable about the breed and their personalities really help ease my own feelings about my energetic pup. I highly recommend calling and booking an appointment for your furry friends.”

Dropped them off at 1:30pm picked them up at 3:45pm and they are as happy as ever and smell even better! No complaints for this simple bath, nail cut and teeth brushing. Tena and Jaimie were the groomers who bathed them. would definitely come back to them!”
