Celeste saw us immediately and spent the next two and a half hours upgrading our phones, transferring data for both kids and my husband and I while keeping everyone (especially the kids) busy and happy. I am not sure we have ever had that level of service. I think most people dread upgrading and/or changing phones but this experience could not have been better. You can really see that the managers work just as hard as the reps, which says a lot about the team. They were very kind to my family and made us feel comfortable during our visit.
