“Our family had an appointment scheduled for 5:30PM today at the Bedminster Verizon store. Celeste saw us immediately and spent the next two and a half hours upgrading our phones, transferring data for both kids and my husband and I while keeping everyone (especially the kids) busy and happy. I am not sure we have ever had that level of service. I think most people dread upgrading and/or changing phones but this experience could not have been better. We will never go anywhere else and cannot say enough good things.”

The service rep wrangled with corporate to get me a new iPhone with a trade in for my 2 year old Pixel 8. On a follow up visit I had great service with another rep. “When I walked into the T-Mobile store, I was beyond frustrated because I couldn’t understand why I still had a balance. I came in heated, but Tom, the store manager, stayed calm and patiently helped me sort everything out. At first, there was some confusion on my part, but he handled it like a pro and found a way to get me a new phone. Shoutout to Puma as well—she’s the bomb.com! Keeping cool with a hothead like me is no easy task, but they nailed it. If you want top-notch service, go to the T-Mobile in Middlesex. They know their stuff and genuinely care!
