“My car got towed in there due to an accident Which left me with a broken window. The other person‘s insurance covered everything as they were at fault. Caliber was the shop they had in their network.they kept me updated, guided me through the entire process, step by step. It was a great experience with great communication, and my car was done and back to me as good as it was in a week which was way sooner than I expected. Great service, great workers there and the go to place if I ever have anything else to get done. Highly recommend!!”

“Paul and his crew do A+ work and look out for the "little man/woman" when insurance companies try to nickel and dime their way out of paying for repairs. “John replaced my windshield a year or two ago and i still recommend him to people. he was fast, fairly priced, and though my job took a bit longer than i was originally told, John was very transparent with me about how the glass did not meet his standards when he received it from his supplier and he reordered it. that he took the extra time to make sure i was getting a quality product showed me that he actually cares about the experience his customers have. thank you John, hopefully my windshield doesn’t crack again but if it does i will absolutely be back!!”

“Had my auto windshield replaced at my home. The Safelite tech showed up when he said he would, told me he would move the ezpass transponder to the new windshield and replace the wiper blades. Did the job in one hour exactly as he said. Nothing for me to do afterwards. Very easy.”
