“When i got there i thought i couldnt fit down the driveway but you have more then enough room. I got my ram 1500 windshield on 42 percent and matched my two front windows perfectly. The 42 percent on the front is a great choice because it is light enough to see at night but dark enough to keep sun out during the day and not let people see in too well. She does use a good brand of paper compared to others the paper is thick not flimsy which she did show me. All around great job i would go again.”

Not only did they get everything done on time, they made it so easy and were so friendly PLUS they washed the car inside & out! They even buffed the headlights clear! This is a 2008, so the headlights were kinda dingy and foggy and they look brand new now. I highly recommend them! “I love love love this place. They are truthful and transparent about what they will do and alternatives to save you money. They provide cheaper suggestions to try before coming to them and if they do not work, they are more than happy to help you. I live in Delaware and I plan to visit this shop and get maintenance around me visiting my sister who lives a few blocks down because of their customer service and honesty. I came with my Toyota Celica with one problem and 100% trust it won't come out with another. The only thing is that they can get busy, but its worth it, just call ahead to understand the possible timeline.”

Pat did a great job with installing the alarm on my 2018 sprinter van. Extremely knowledgeable, educates along the way. Wound up getting a new stereo while I was there. Pat didn’t even mind the supervisor hanging out in the shop watching.He even went out of his way to get a part that didn’t come in on the shipment to finish the install after hours, where most shops would have closed for the day.”

“I went to this place back in March 2023. The location of this place is a little hectic as there was a lot of construction going on. However once you got in, it was clean and organized. They have waiting chairs with a place to charge your phones / both apple and android.The clerk was responsive and pleasant. The guy that work on my radio, came out, spoke with me directly and explained my options. I’m definitely coming back for them to install my radio. The only reason why my rating is not 5 star is because I have had the actual service done, just a diagnostic.”

“If there is a need for glass, glass repair this is the company to use. Two large, interior panels of glass needed to be replaced in my home. In a 120+ year old house, this can be exceptionally tricky. The very big, new sidelight appeared to be installed seamlessly. Of course this might not have been truly the case but only because of the true craftsmanship of Michael's Glass contractors, they made installation look like a piece of cake. The second new sidelight, however, could not be fitted due to a badly warped door frame and instead of leaving things, they offered excellent, extremely workable solutions....returned to my house within hours with one of their glass options and just like that, the sidelight was not only repaired but done so perfectly. It looks beautiful. Michael's Glass represents one of the few outstanding companies today that still signifies first rate work at honest prices. The fantastic staff, from customer service to contractors, are quite a bonus! It was a wonderful experience, start to finish.”
