Had a great experience at the Pep Boys in Beverly, NJ. I was in a time crunch and needed to be at work by 4 PM they got me in same day with no hassle. Mike at the front desk knowledgeable, professional, and really accommodating. Appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back!

6/26/25 manager in this store is the worst I've ever encountered. Either need to be retrained on how to run a business and talk to customers or be replaced with someone who does. I'll be driving an extra 20 min to go to cinnamonson.

Huge, huge, HUGE THANK YOU to Michael!!! I travel for work and was over an hour from home when my muffler snapped and was hanging by a thread. I was completely stranded and Triple A wanted to charge me $400 to tow me home. I called Pep Boys in Burlington 45 minutes before closing begging them to help and possibly tie up my muffler to help me get home. He said if I could get the car there he would help! I was 10 minutes away but had to drive VERY slow and the drive took me 30 minutes and he was super understanding! He literally jacked my car up on the side of building and helped removed my muffler to help me get home and didn't charge me a dime. Michael, you are the sweetest human being and i am home safe because of you!!! This made me want to take my cars to them for everything despite the long drive. I feel so blessed to meet someone like Michael because there's not many people like him left in this world. I've always been taught that mechanics will charge you so much and make life hard for you but he literally saved my life. It was getting dark and i was in panic mode. My parents and boyfriend thank you so much!!!

i worked with mike. wonderful experience stress free and actually way quicker than i was expecting! I had work done with another mechanic on my BMW who wasnt able to put the car back together properly came right over to pepboys they got the job done! I now refuse to let anyone else touch my car! lol soo grateful for my experience

Saved the day! Got a quote from the Audi stealership in Cherry Hill for $2,800 to do all four rotors and pads on my front and rear brakes on my Audi A6
Pep Boys got me in the same day, turned everything around for $1,350.
Staff was friendly and informative throughout.
