“I live in upstate New York and was looking to buy a used car, I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection since I would be buying site unseen. I found Alexander’s Auto when searching for auto shops near the dealer from which i’d be purchasing. I called Alexander’s to schedule an appointment and informed them of what I’d be doing. They assured me that it was no problem and they wouldn’t provide any info regarding the inspection to the seller, only directly to me. They performed a thorough inspection which highlighted many areas not seen in photos from the seller or mentioned by the seller. Alexander’s also asked good questions regarding my intent with the car to help me make a better informed decision based on the things that needed work as to whether it would be worth the cost needed to get the car in shape. The owner offered sage advice and wisdom on the used car purchase experience and gave me the insight needed to make an informed decision and moreover things to think about with future buying experiences. “I could complain about that it took three weeks to repair my car, for basic repairs after hitting a deer, and some lack of communication early in the process. But I’ll just take it that good bodyshops are just relatively busy.
But I’m very satisfied with the work, and they basically did a full detailing after the repair, which at least offset the pain of my deductible. Staff was pretty friendly and accommodating, and I’ll def use this team again the next time I run into deer.”

“Honest, Fair, will tell you what you actually need and not add on a bunch of stuff that you don't need. They send their customers Christmas cards with coupons and reminders but not overbearingly with the reminders. Only place I will take my car to unless and until I any of that changes.”

“100 stars if I could, AAA left me stranded after they couldn't change my flat tire they promised a tow would be on the way within the hour...yea right! 5 hours went by before I lost hope with them. All about towing was my first call due to the reviews John arrived in 20 minutes and quickly changed my tire its good to know there are still some people who are skilled & care about the work they do in this world!

“They did an amazing job helping me out while I was stuck in the parking lot and the fleet company messed up pretty much twice and they got to me as soon as possible. Trustworthy, super polite and very professional. Even with a difficult driveway to back in that had a tree hanging over on one side and not wanting to damage my car They accidentally hit my mailbox but immediately replaced it for me with a brand new one. Not many people would go above and beyond that way. I would recommend them every day of the week.”

“I recently had the privilege of having an inconsiderate driver damage my car by breaking the passenger sideview mirror and run off like a frightened child without leaving a contact number. I’m guessing it was a very petite individual driving a monster SUV. You know the ones who can’t see over the steering wheel.Regardless, the mirror needed to be fixed. I wanted to get a number of estimates to see what might be a reasonable cost. I choose 4 auto-body repair facilities, all within a half mile of each other along the Rt. 130 corridor in Burlington Twp., NJ.It was a great experience as well as a cautionary tale that I could relay to anyone reading this review.Shop #1 gave me an estimate of $1,500; this included replacing the glass mirror, cowl, paint the cowl and blend the passenger door to match the cowl. Now I’m thinking I might have to get my insurance company involved, which I was not expecting. Shop #2 - CARSTAR - wanted $50 to give me an estimate. WHAT??? Why? “Some people aren’t serious about getting the repair.” Well, slap my head and give CARSTAR a really bad review. Shop #3 - replace the entire mechanism - remove and replace the entire mirror apparatus, paint and blend the passenger door, front quarter panel and the cowl of the mirror to match the rest of the car. This shop came in at $2,800. Now I’m thinking the $1,500 estimate is looking reasonable.Lee’s Autobody was Shop #4. Mr. Lee looked at the broken mirror, determined that the mechanism to move the mirror was working perfectly, so that didn’t need to be replaced. Just need to replace the glass mirror, replace cowl, paint and blend the new cowl. $350. My eyes lit up. I’ve found my man!! All through the process I found Mr. Lee to be forthright and honest; going out of his way to assure me that the job could be done quickly. I entrusted my car to Lee’s Auto-body and had my car back in 2 days. Mr. Lee completed the work to my complete satisfaction. As a bonus, he popped out a dent in the rear quarter panel, AT NO CHARGE!!! The work he performed was to my satisfaction, his prices were reasonable and his honesty and personality were exceptional. I would highly recommend Lee’s Auto-body as your first stop should you need auto-body repair. From my experience, you will not be disappointed. Thumbs UP to LEE’S AUTO-BODY. Thank you Mr. Lee.”
