“One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I had an awful time at a nearby post office branch & came here instead. The service was amazing & the employees are incredibly nice & knowledgeable. I was honestly going to switch to a private carrier for my shipping after such an abysmal experience at the Bordentown branch, but I'll be coming here from now on for all of my shipping. The lovely lady process my order even gave me a free box for one of the next items I'm shipping. 11/10.”
“I had my finger prints documented at this location. This was my first time using USPS for fingerprints. I believe it is a great service to be provided by the Federal Government. The cost was $50. I was helped by Nicole, she was great! I was lucky to have nobody behind me in line. The electronic pad that collects the print was temporarily frustrating because it had stopped sensing during my last 4 prints. Nicole was great at trouble shooting. Maybe a future solutions consultant?? As a tax paying citizen I am happy with my experience in Browns Mills. I will say if someone was behind me it would have been much more stressful, and I could have not been successful with my important prints.”

“Generally, we have good experiences at most USPS offices. But there is always one office out of all that we patronize where a clerk is having a bad day. We just have to be patient and pray that their misfortune turns around.”

“I had a little mishap with informed delivery (not recommended for the paranoid waiting for mail) and contacted Medford post office a bit in a state of alarm. They handled it better than I could’ve asked for and were more than helpful even taking extra steps to ensure I felt at ease with certain mailings being delivered. Just want to say thanks again for the continued follow up, and even the phone call return after operating hours, and understanding, especially from the postmaster Stephanie! Very happy with this towns postal service and their responsiveness. Not so much with the informed delivery which has nothing to do with them ?”

I’ve shipped items here and always got an attitude. I had an issue with an order where it said the item was out for delivery before they received and scanned it. I’ve gone in twice to see if the order arrived, and then were rude. Today, they were really hostile. I tried explaining it to the employee, and he said it was deliveried. Then then he begins to tell me I dont know how mailing works and how its probably in bellmawr. When i tried to explain it to him again he interrupted and said “I’ve always had attitudes with them.” I’m partially deaf, and have some issues relating to a car accident so I’m unsure if we misunderstood one another or he thought i had sarcasm/attitude, however, the treatment was very rude. The gentleman took my phone from me and refused to give it to give back to me, “until i listened”. I didn’t and I reminded him its my property, had to say that 3 times before he gave it back and said ‘ get the hell outta my building.’ like he’s a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE stealing my phone to prove a point until I listen to them? I’ve never been treated like that, and I thought I was being nice to them over the past weeks try to have small talk. Clearly I was wrong. They must hate their job. They didn’t understand the issue on multiple occasions and when I try explaining politely by saying, “no you don’t understand,” I get interrupted and have to engage in something I didn’t want to be apart of. i get told to get the hell out. I’ll stop coming here and go to a different usps if they don’t want to help me.”

The team working that day was very professional and met my needs. The following days of interaction included a warm welcome and a bit of excitement letting me know my packages had arrived. From my perspective mutual respect, staff professionalism, and customer satisfaction was an unfiltered 5/5. Thanks to the team for assisting my family with acclimation to Joint Base MDL. “This post office is super quick with mailing packages. If you drop off in the morning the package will be scanned same day. The drop off box outside is made for more than just letter drop offs which you don’t often find.Most of the negative reviews are b/c of mailboxes keys- I didn’t use these so I can’t comment on them. Or incorrect delivery- this does happen but not as often in the housing I was in.Porch pickups only happen about 50% of time.”

He is an EXCELLENT clerk who went completely above & beyond to help me with my mailing needs today and to make sure that my fragile item gets to its destination in one piece. He guided me towards the right path in the way that I needed to mail it out, was friendly and exuded GREAT customer service skills! ....Sometimes you can walk into a post office and are met with rude, unfriendly clerks (I think lots of clerks at other locations have a universal bad rep for that) so it was refreshing to walk in, feel welcomed and respected.
