“I had minor front bumper damage on my 2020 Q5. Was not turning in to insurance so I had to find alternative fix. Audi parts are very expensive. I found a company on eBay that sells Q5 complete bumper kit! It was for a Q5 S line model. I reached. Out to Chad to see if he could install this. He agreed to paint it and install. He said it would be done in two days. And in two days he completed the job. He kept in touch with me the entire time. He spent almost an entire day doing the installation and it wasn’t easy. “Since Pep Boys retail closed in Glassboro and I lost my contract there I've been using AZ. Went to the one on the Pike directly across from Fries Mill road. I walk in and I see one employee at the far end of the counter. As I get closer I see it's my contact from Pep Boys. As per usual he hooks me up. Even if he went there, AZ still hooks people up. I usually go to the one in Williamstown and they've always been helpful, but the other is closer to me.”
