“I came in today with my 1.5 year old battery because my it kept dying. When I came in Victor immediately came up to me and helped me since the battery was pretty heavy. After listening to what I described and doing a diagnostic he gave me some helpful info. He was very patient while I explained everything and he in return explained to me in a way I could understand the issue of what was going on. Everything went smooth and I was really impressed with Victor, who I believe is in training. The gentleman who was there guiding Victor was helpful and helped guide him through the process. I will gladly visit this store again over the one that is more convenient near my work.”
