“A while back, I was just looking for someone to do my daughter's oil change and I discovered Lou's Automotive Center as recommended through local FB groups.
They were great so I visited them again for two issues with my car. My car dealership quoted me almost $2000 to change my LED headlamp and I was devastated by the cost. Then I had an exhaust leak so I prepared for the worst.
I went to Lou's-lo and behold, it was not a $2000 replacement at all! Just a lightbulb replacement that was EXPONENTIALLY less money.
And then, instead of just repairing the exhaust leak (because I would have been none the wiser), they informed me there was an open recall and if I took it back to the dealer, I would likely get the repair for free-and I did!
So, they have a client for life now!”

“I had minor front bumper damage on my 2020 Q5. Was not turning in to insurance so I had to find alternative fix. Audi parts are very expensive. I found a company on eBay that sells Q5 complete bumper kit! It was for a Q5 S line model. I reached. Out to Chad to see if he could install this. He agreed to paint it and install. He said it would be done in two days. And in two days he completed the job. He kept in touch with me the entire time. He spent almost an entire day doing the installation and it wasn’t easy. My car started acting funny so I was afraid to continue driving it … called my step son to come pick me up and the next day my husband and I went back to NJ where my car was and drove it to Johns (certified auto mechanic) and asked him if he could look at it. “I’ve been going here for years. I trust what they tell me and I never feel ripped off. They just installed struts and shocks on my pathfinder and the shock had a manufacture fault. They replaced the shock quickly. The entire staff at Werbany made sure I was safe and replaced what needed replacing without any further charge. Gotta live an auto place that’s trustworthy. I’ll be continuing my patronage for many more years to come I hope.”
“I'm always afraid to take a vehicle in to get repaired, more so than the Dentist. In this case I must say they treated me very fairly. The nice part I got it back the same day, other places I never got it back the same day. My ride wasn't there yet to pick me up yet, so the owner himself asked me if I wanted a ride back to my place, thought that was nice.”
