“I wish I could give a few more stars. For starters their pricing beat Safelite by $200 for my back windshield. Now, by the time I noticed they called and I got the voicemail that my car was ready, they were almost closed (5 min until closing). I called to let them know I’d be there in the morning. The guy on the phone, who turned out to be the owner, told me he’d wait for me. I got there at almost 6pm when they close at 5pm. The owner didn’t even try to rush us out the door while we were there. He was friendly and talked to me and my son for a bit before we settled the bill. Beating the other price without even knowing it, and the fact that he waited for an hour for me to get there; he’s got a customer for life. It’s rare that you walk into a place like this and are treated like a human AND get great pricing. I highly recommend them. 10 out of 5 stars.PS, the window is perfect. It was raining when we picked it up so we knew immediately that there were no issues.”

“John and Ms. Jeannette were great! There was a delay with my replacement window for a 2017 Audi A4. Somebody broke it out Thanksgiving night, so needless to say, most shops weren’t open or had no replacements.Yes, it took a while for the replacement, but they proactively communicated with me the whole time. Then they knocked the job out quickly for the quoted estimate. They looked after me like a member of the family. Had a lot going on, and their consideration was much appreciated.Highly recommended!”

“This shop goes above and beyond! We brought our car in for body repair covered by insurance. Not only did they get everything done on time, they made it so easy and were so friendly PLUS they washed the car inside & out! They even buffed the headlights clear! This is a 2008, so the headlights were kinda dingy and foggy and they look brand new now. I highly recommend them! “When my usual auto repair/maintenance place closed (the owners retired), I looked for another place nearby (south of South Street). We found a place that got good reviews online. So I decided to try it. I needed normal maintenance, not repair(s)--oil change, annual inspection/emissions check, replacing the transmission fluid, possible new battery, etc. I made an appointment and brought in my car and gave them the list of things I needed done. Twice that day, they called me to ask questions and provide advice. I greatly appreciated that and found it significant that they recommended, among other things, that I not have certain work done (e.g. replacing the battery after 3.5 years) that I thought I might need. Although the bill was a bit higher than I was used to, the charges are less important to me than dealing with an honest and competent place. So far, that's what Pinnacle appears to be.Services: Transmission”

“We had a chipped windshield due to a rock getting kicked up while driving. Mobile repair came out to us and replaced the windshield. Being informed the windshield comes with a lifetime warranty is a relief. A few weeks later, it rained and the rain sensing wipers did not work correctly. We called for a warranty claim. After some testing, the sensor behind the windshield was replaced and functionality was returned. The technician was quite pleasant and very communicative on what was done. If you get a chip in your windshield, there's only one place to call. Safelite repair, Safelite replace.”
