“I had minor front bumper damage on my 2020 Q5. Was not turning in to insurance so I had to find alternative fix. Audi parts are very expensive. I found a company on eBay that sells Q5 complete bumper kit! It was for a Q5 S line model. I reached. Out to Chad to see if he could install this. He agreed to paint it and install. He said it would be done in two days. And in two days he completed the job. He kept in touch with me the entire time. He spent almost an entire day doing the installation and it wasn’t easy. “I recently went to the store located in Washington Township and was pleasantly greeted by a young man named David. His customer service skills were outstanding! My car was having a bit of trouble starting so I wasn’t sure if it was a battery issue or a starter issue since my electrical warning system had not alerted me to any problems but I had recently had a small accident . David happily checked to see if the battery cables were loose then checked the battery. The battery failed and he was able to determine how old the battery was and explained how long batteries typically last. Mine was old! Glad I didn’t get stuck on the road somewhere! He guided me to the correct one for my car and stayed close to my budget. He then installed the new battery within ten minutes!! This was a very pleasurable experience since I was not forced to sit in waiting room for hours!! Thank you so much for making this possible.”
