Bri was so kind, as someone who doesn’t do a lot of shopping I was nervous going into the store, but she explained everything very clearly, by the end of our talk I knew exactly what I needed and where I could find it. Today I was helping my boyfriend look for a suit for a wedding and out of all of the other stores we went to at the outlets we had the best experience at Express because of the simple greeting and attention Maya gave us upon entering the store. It was a small interaction but meant a lot. Thank you Maya and Express team!
