“Everyone there was amazing all the staff friendly did whatever they could for you. The young man at check-in was super friendly. Think he owns the place or his family does would do anything he possibly could for you the free breakfast waffles bagels, white toast, wheat toast, cereals, jelly, cream cheese, and fresh fruit was all delicious. The bananas were fresh every day. You know how some bananas the places let them go for a while and they start turning brown not this place anyway it’s the little things that matter.”

“I had an excellent stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Philadelphia Navy Yard. The service was fantastic—staff were friendly and attentive. The location is ideal, especially if you’re planning to attend Phillies or Eagles games, as it’s just a short distance from the stadiums. There was plenty of parking available, making the experience stress-free. I stayed here for work, and they were truly awesome, even offering a free shuttle to Center City every 15 minutes, which made exploring Philadelphia convenient. Overall, it’s a great spot to rest and discover the city’s attractions. Highly recommended! ❤️”
“Stayed here for a weekend event, held on site. Fantastic service from the hotel staff. Food served throughout the weekend was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Loved it here, would stay again. Only thing I will say is there was a lot of trash along the front drive, which didn't make for a pretty view out our window facing the front of the hotel.”
“Overall nice stay. The hotel is nice and updated. The lobby is super trendy. The M lounge is decent nothing too special. Only complaint is my sheets had some hair on them so I asked for them to be changed and instead they just left a set of clean linens on top of the dirty ones for me to change myself when I got back to my room at 12 am which I didn't feel like doing. Health club is very nice. I'd stay again”

“My wife and I stayed here before our wedding and loved it so much that we stayed again after our wedding in February! Talk about boutique and quality! From the moment you walk in, you can see the art decor surrounding you that makes you feel like you're in some kind of modern museum. It's beautiful! Staff is professional and polite (especially the bell hops). The food ... The food and drinks at the Red Owl Tavern are absolutely amazing! We tried the pierogis and I loved them so much I had to run it back twice the next day! Drinks taste like craft beverages, worth the price. We keep staying on days that the rooftop lounge is closed so hoping to see that next time! 10/10 recommend staying here !”

“This was my first time at Holiday Inn Express in Voorhees. Check-in was smooth, and the room was spotless and very comfortable! There was also a very nice buffet breakfast in the morning with a combination of hot and cold choices. Free parking and WIFI as well. I will definitely be back!”

“Dear Team, I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional experience we had during our recent stay at your facility. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our visit would exceed our expectations.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jackie, whose hospitality set the tone for our celebration. I mentioned that my husband and I were celebrating our birthdays, and to our delight, Jackie surprised us with an upgrade to a suite. She even called our room shortly after to ensure we had settled in comfortably, especially since it was a new addition to the building.
Jackie’s recommendations for local restaurants were spot on, and the food was absolutely delicious, adding a special touch to our celebration. Later that evening, she checked in with us again to make sure our stay was comfortable and to see if we needed any additional pillows.
The next morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Luisa, who promptly responded to my request to warm the pool, since we are still recovering from the ice storm. The facility was impeccably clean, peaceful, and the breakfast was nothing short of amazing.
Our stay concluded with a smooth checkout process, thanks to Caitlin. She even provided a brief tour of the conference room after I inquired about holding a business event there, which was very helpful.
Thank you once again to the entire staff for your warm hospitality and for making our birthdays so memorable. Your exceptional service and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable.

“Amazing experience, while our stay wasn’t for something fun in Philly, we needed a place comfortable. The staff was so accommodating, we had to update our resy a few times (once to add a day before due to impending snow storm, added a couple days after org resy due to needing to stay in Philly a few days longer) always asked how everything was going, really felt like they cared. Parking garage on site is so nice, but on day of departure due to a few days of below freezing temps our battery was dead :( Steven the incredible Valet came and jumped our car within minutes. Randy at the front desk was so nice and fun to chat with. The restaurant staff had limited options available but went above and beyond to accommodate some niche requests. I really can’t express how incredible the staff was all around. Views of the city are hard to beat. Thanks again and this is 100% out go to hotel in Philly from here on out! Thank you all!”

“I've stayed at the hotel many times, and its always a good stay. Noise levels are at a minimum, and its always a comfortable stay. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a Walmart near in case you forget something. They are remodeling right now, but never heard a thing from it.”

“The bathroom is tight and had rust on some of the metal fixtures. The room itself was clean and matched the description exactly.
The continental breakfast and free parking made this an affordable option for my family.
We only stayed one night. If you truly are staying for a few days it would be great to have the full kitchen and other amenities that we didn’t use.
Easy to get on and off the highway, yet still felt safe enough in the neighborhood.
There was an issue where I got the wrong room, but the hotel staff corrected it immediately and apologized. Overall, I would say this is a good option for a Philadelphia adjacent trip.”

“On a general business trip with 1 of my partners, love the fact that it's not too loud and rowdy here, however, this place could use more maintenance men and women to keep up with routine maintenance services, such as landscaping, HVAC and filters along with updated bathrooms, energy efficient appliances for conservation purposes, curtain rods & room decor, I also recommend a kitchen or dining area so visitors (like myself) do not have to leave the room for their meal breaks and a gym to utilize for physical/mental activity purposes. Great hotel, they just need some updates.”

“I had my mom stay here around New Years. (I live close by). Price was not great but her stay was good. She said her room was immaculate and stocked fully. Her only remarks were concerning the lobby which looks like a construction zone and thought the rugs and walls in the hallways and stairwells should be updated and could use a new coat of paint. Staff was very accommodating and nice with the exception of a woman at the front desk that seemed to be bothered. Having worked for Holiday Inn for many years I know that the front desk employee should be smiling and friendly (even if you're feeling bothered). That can make or break ur decision to stay since there are other hotel options all around.”
