“I had an excellent stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Philadelphia Navy Yard. The service was fantastic—staff were friendly and attentive. The location is ideal, especially if you’re planning to attend Phillies or Eagles games, as it’s just a short distance from the stadiums. There was plenty of parking available, making the experience stress-free. I stayed here for work, and they were truly awesome, even offering a free shuttle to Center City every 15 minutes, which made exploring Philadelphia convenient. Overall, it’s a great spot to rest and discover the city’s attractions. Highly recommended! ❤️”
“Excellent staff that is very knowledgeable and extremely eager to help guests! In Particular, Bill F., & Ryann( sp?) Casino is always a good time, with many exciting activities and other friendly guests. Great place to watch a sporting event, especiallly our home town teams. (You never know who will be there, Dr.J, Allen Iverson, Jayson Werth have all been there recently). Great food of all types, & plenty of drinks to choose from, and of course all the casino games you can imagine!”
“Rooms were great, location was easy to find, property looked very well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping and maintenance staff, awesome job on upkeeping. Only take away from this spot is getting proper communication from the front desk staff.
Spent 20 years in Vegas hotels and casinos and know hospitality. The front desk staff definitely greeted you well but when asking any questions, you are given a blank look or a quick 'I'll look into it' - smile drops very fast. Got the same reaction from multiple front desk staff members on very simple questions.
Great property and rooms, just front desk staff needs to brush up on hospitality training.”
“We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. I want to mention the bell hop “Sage” who helped us with our bags at check in and check out was great! He was so helpful with giving recommendations and was very patient , polite, and went above and beyond making us comfortable. The valet parking was very slow. Over an hour wait and I actually had to walk 2 blocks to get my own car. Rooms were nice but slow drain in bathtub and broken lamp in room. Overall it was a nice place to stay.”
“Stayed here while celebrating in Philly for the 250th, and it was fantastic!! Such a great location if you’re wanting to stay in the historic district- everything was a 15 minute walk away! Service was great and staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend!”
“We have wedding party near and I recommend my friend and family and book about 10 room on 4 Sep, front desk is great helpful. Especially Seiko Hurdle. Not even allow us early check-in for dress up and very warm welcome us.
But bed mattress little bit too short.
Location is convenient.
I will recommend again to my clients and family.”

“Honestly, one of the better HIE properties I've stayed at in the US. Everything was super clean, staff was great, rooms were great, breakfast was good. You won't get the most picturesque views (unless the Hyatt House across the street is stunning in your eyes), but for the price it was an excellent place to lay your head for the night.”
“came in super last minute, The front desk worker named Irving Told me they were fully booked, But he pulled some strings to be able to get me a room. I felt very respected, And I’m very grateful for his help. There were a few young boys cursing in the lobby, And he told them to pipe down there was a young lady here, He is truly the best. “Had a great 3 days stay in this hotel.
The rooms was spacious and clean wit a great bathroom.
The location was also quite good (public transportation station right in front of the hotel) with short walk times to the old part of the city and the city core.
So I can only recommend it.
Main thing to be aware of that there is no check In desk inside the hotel and it all works with Codes they send you via mail.
So either do the check In before or have a smartphone at hand to recieve the e-mail with the room access code.”

“2026 update. Housekeeping STILL sucks. Maybe consider Marriott 2 blocks away makes more sense. In from Galveston, TX for the fantastic XPN Music Festival. Great location because we can take the RiverLink Ferry to Wiggins Park for the music and many very good close-by breakfast spots, pubs and restaurants. Hotel room has great views. Front desk people and bar people (James) were great as well. Housekeeping sucks! One housekeeping visit in a 4 day stay; even after we left a tip for them. SO, plan on visiting the front desk for towels, coffee, coffee cups, cream and anything else normally taken care of by housekeeping; please stock up. Manager promised to credit us some points back for the housekeeping problem but never followed-through. There is a Marriott 2-3 blocks away that would be as convenient to all the Penn's Landing amenities.”

“Adam at the front desk is outstanding! He is incredibly friendly, respectful, professional, and always enthusiastic about helping with anything I needed. His kindness and positive attitude made my stay at Holiday Inn Express from 07/19/2026 to 09/12/2026 truly pleasant. Adam went above and beyond and is a tremendous asset to the hotel. Highly recommend!”

“This place is such a hidden GEM!!! My hubby and I were on leave before he gets stationed in Cali and I to Florida so it will be so this is very special vacation for us. We did the Natural Cave and King Tut. Omg, both were marvelous and so perfect for fun and romantic couples time. I suggest going to Lush first to get some fun bath stuff lol, the Jacuzzi is such a nice size. My husband is a 6’2 man, I’m 5’2 and we both fit perfectly into the tub without feeling like sardines. My biggest thing when choosing a hotel, especially with Jacuzzi, is hygiene and this place for us, was spotless and obviously cleaned well before we came. That have a seal on the toilet so you know for sure it was cleaned and not used before you came, tub was well cleaned, floors obviously vacuumed, and bed was clean too. They were so nice about us adding on a night too. They didn’t inconvenience us at all, they let us move over same time so we didn’t have to wait for the other room. I love the welcoming pricing and rooms. My only suggestion would be that this place needs to be advertised more lol. All these years, my mom drove by and thought this was a sleep study place 😂 I can’t wait for us to try this place again. We want to try just about all of the them, especially the Tahitian and the Sailor one, being we are both Sailors it’s only fitting 😂 I asked one of the front desk workers which was their fave to stay in or something when I was comparing but she couldn’t give me a full answer because apparently they can’t stay in the rooms. I used to work in a hotel and we were actually encouraged to stay once in a while so we could really advertise to the guest and give a genuine opinion for our love of the place. That would be my last suggestion, let them stay once in a while so they can describe things for themselves too. Like a waitress knowing her menu. Anyways, have blessed one, thanks for the amazing stay, and we wish much fun to those of you who come to stay here too! If you’re thinking about, just do it, FULL SEND IT!😂”

“Clean room that had what we needed. Nothing fancy, but it was close to Rowan University and the difference in price from the other hotel in the area paid for our meals for the weekend! (I highly recommend the Monarch Diner). Lots of nice walking trails within a few miles, and the Edelman Fossil Park and Museum is worth a trip. I give this hotel 5 stars for what we got for a decent price”

“Although I wasn’t staying at the Residence Inn, I stopped in because I was in a bind. The guest laundry at my hotel was coin-operated, and after striking out at several other places trying to get quarters, I decided to ask if they could help.
The staff were incredibly kind, understanding, and happy to exchange a roll of quarters for me. They didn’t have to help someone who wasn’t even a guest, but they did, and I genuinely appreciated it.
While I was there, I also noticed how clean, welcoming, and pleasant the lobby was. It was well maintained and smelled fresh, which made a great first impression. Based on the professionalism of the staff and the appearance of the property, this is absolutely a hotel I would consider staying at the next time I’m in the area.

“I had my mom stay here around New Years. (I live close by). Price was not great but her stay was good. She said her room was immaculate and stocked fully. Her only remarks were concerning the lobby which looks like a construction zone and thought the rugs and walls in the hallways and stairwells should be updated and could use a new coat of paint. Staff was very accommodating and nice with the exception of a woman at the front desk that seemed to be bothered. Having worked for Holiday Inn for many years I know that the front desk employee should be smiling and friendly (even if you're feeling bothered). That can make or break ur decision to stay since there are other hotel options all around.”

“There’s a woman at the desk who is just plain rude . Every time I come here she makes her business to get under customers skin . I booked my room in advance and she wouldn’t let me check in until exactly 3 pm….I’ve spent days here at a time , and kept my stay today for house cleaning . It’s to the point where I will only stay if she’s off the schedule.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn Turnersville. The service was excellent from start to finish. I checked in on the mobile app and it was so easy and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, however Room # 303 the bathroom door didn’t close all the way but overall, the amenities were great. If I may suggest the Eggs weren’t the best so maybe switching to Scramble Eggs and leaving the cheese out due to anyone who is lactose intolerance. All in All I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to others and I'd be back!”
