“I went to the store to pay my bill and to remove the Internet from my iPad. In order to remove the Internet from my iPad I had to pay the iPad in full, which means I did not get the discount or the half price that I was promised when I purchased the iPad in January. When I add up $20 Internet fee and the $12 cost for the iPad, in the end I would have paid over $1000 for an iPad. So I probably saved myself like at least $400 by just going on and paying the iPad off. Next time I will definitely read the fine print.”

The phone was upgraded, data transferred and working properly within 30 minutes. We purchased accessories including an Ultra Watch and a case. He was working by himself and serviced both of us equally. Close attention to detail to both of us! He knew his product! I thought my iCloud storage being full, had something to do with the amount of gigs my phone had and he explained in detail the difference between gigabytes and iCloud which prevented me from purchasing a higher gig phone that I did not necessarily need! He took his time explaining the fast chargers, needed for the different phones etc… I was happy with everything and I was on my lunch break and still had 20 minutes to spare to get back to the job and to eat.
