It had just closed but the young men came out & stayed with her for an hour, replacing her battery in the parking lot. This is elite customer service! S/O to Rafael, Tom & Jordan. “A while back, I was just looking for someone to do my daughter's oil change and I discovered Lou's Automotive Center as recommended through local FB groups.
They were great so I visited them again for two issues with my car. My car dealership quoted me almost $2000 to change my LED headlamp and I was devastated by the cost. Then I had an exhaust leak so I prepared for the worst.
I went to Lou's-lo and behold, it was not a $2000 replacement at all! Just a lightbulb replacement that was EXPONENTIALLY less money.
And then, instead of just repairing the exhaust leak (because I would have been none the wiser), they informed me there was an open recall and if I took it back to the dealer, I would likely get the repair for free-and I did!
So, they have a client for life now!”
