“This review is based on the wonderful experience I had at the Staples store in Marlton, NJ. I lost a piece of jewelry serval days ago and it was found in the store several days later. When I went to pick it up the staff could not have been nicer. I wanted to leave a small reward or even buy them lunch, they politely refused and said they were happy it was found and to help. This doesn't happen very often in today's world and it just goes to show there are good people all around us. Thankyou again to the Staples staff.”
“The staff is very helpful and professional but they definitely need more help at this location. There is always a very slow response for customer service at the print shop due to only having one or two employees trying to address a long line of customers and being overwhelmed with questions. Service in this area of the store definitely needs improvement. More attention to detail needs to be addressed in keeping the floor of this area clean. This area routinely has paper debris on the floor which needs to be removed to give the store a clean professional look. Long wait times in the print shop creating disgruntled customers definitely needed to be addressed.”

Parking lot is a little tight, take extra precaution when pulling in & out of the parking spaces. It’s a lot easier when people don’t block the lot entrance, as the signs states. I try to look for a spot before turning in so i know how to maneuver my car”

The drivers are out there every day in all kinds of weather, making sure packages get where they need to go safely and on time. I’ve consistently seen professionalism, courtesy, and hard work from the local UPS staff. Whether it’s a small package or something important, they keep things moving and rarely get the credit they deserve. Thank you to the drivers, warehouse workers, and everyone behind the scenes. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.”
“Basic service in person. They don't answer the phone and can be rude. They always open on time. Undeserved by the postman, however. Constantly getting the wrong ppl's mail and / or having my mail hand delivered by my neighbors or across town when a Signature was required.”
“It's not the staples that you remember from the nineties. In the Back of the store are large discount bins where you can find bargains based on the day of the week. It still has office supplies , but the best part of the store is the print department and the party depot supply.”

“Out of all the post offices I’ve been to I’ve never had such a wonderful experience as I did today. The gentleman working this morning was so genuinely friendly. I needed stamps and he noticed my stack of Christmas cards and asked if I wanted holiday stamps, then showed me all the different ones they had. We also exchanged some pleasant conversation. Overall I’ve never had a postal worker be so nice, most of the time they seem either miserable or disinterested being there.”
“Nellie the owner is always helpful and knows you when you stop on through. You can drop off your FedEx or UPS stuff or even rent a mailbox. You can even get paperwork notarized there is a fee. They offer other svcs also so stop by and check them out! Customer is always outstanding ??”
“I only used Action Mailboxes & Shipping for the notary. Always reliable and quick. I always have a handful of documents for work that need a stamp and $10 per stamp is very reasonable. Very sad that I moved away and have to find another notary.”

“I would like to leave a five-star review specifically for Michelle. Her exceptional service truly stood out, and I believe she deserves special recognition for her dedication and professionalism.
I was expecting a package (tracking #7400287136449) while I was on vacation. I contacted FedEx customer support several times to request a "vacation hold" to prevent the parcel from being delivered to an unattended location. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with (whose name I did not catch) informed me that only the shipper (Apple Corporation, in this case) could make such a request. Despite my arguments that a vacation hold would be mutually beneficial, the agent remained firm in their decision.
After several attempts to achieve a vacation hold, I gave up. Imagine my surprise when, after three failed delivery attempts, I received a call from a FedEx employee at the nearest to my place location. This employee, Michelle, kindly asked when I would be able to pick up my package. Her thoughtful and professional handling of the situation was greatly appreciated.
I am very grateful to Michelle for her assistance. I am unsure if her actions align with FedEx policies, but her decision was convenient, reasonable, and considerate. I kindly request recognition of her efforts and would appreciate being informed of any actions taken in this regard.
Additionally, I would like to suggest that placing parcels on vacation hold might be more practical, economical, and environmentally friendly than attempting multiple deliveries. This is not a rhetorical question; I would appreciate a response from the management on this matter.

I accidentally purchased the wrong ink toner at another Staples and needed to make a return. Since this Staples is much closer to my job, I decided to stop in and I'm so glad I did! After this experience, I don't think I'll be going back to the Germantown Avenue Staples.
Shaniece and Nicole were welcoming, accommodating, efficient, and genuinely friendly. They made my return and my new purchase completely seamless. I also really like the layout of this store, it's much easier to shop.
