“Today I had my packaged marked as delivered but my package was not at my house. I drove down to the post office and the manager looked at the GPS tracker and saw it was accidently delivered right down the road. He contacted the driver and the driver quickly scooped it up and brought it to my house while I was still at the post office!! We never hear about the wins in the mail delivery space but this was huge. Very appreciative of the manager, staff, and driver for caring and trying to work this out. Felt like a small community win :) Thanks again so much!!”

“The Packaging Store successfully packed and shipped a fragile 3 piece marble statue weighing over 300 pounds from our home in Philadelphia to Phoenix, AZ. It arrived safely and was carefully reassembled in its new home. The Packaging Store did an outstanding job coordinating the packing, shipping, and delivery of this valuable piece of art across the country. I highly recommend their services.”

“The people here are always super helpful. The amount of times I’ve shown up with a package meant for FedEx or the Postal Service is embarrassing. But they are always more than happy to print my label and point me in the right direction.”

“Stellar customer service. I was in and out thanks to Dan. 1 visit was all it took for my documents to be properly notarized. Unlike the location on 926 Haddonfield Road, which took me 3 disappointing visits before I realized I should've just went to another location from the start.”

“After a laughably bad experience trying to return an Amazon package at Staples, I came here for attempt #2. Another customer was using the self-serve return kiosk, so the man behind the counter waved me over and helped me immediately even though I would have been fine to wait. I was in and out in 20 seconds. Great customer service!”

“I ordered my print online beforehand at Campus Copy Center. I emailed Anthony back and forth before coming. When I showed up, it was ready, which I really appreciated. At first, I wasn’t totally happy with the color quality, but Anthony helped me right away and fixed the issue super quickly and easily. He was honestly so helpful and made the whole process feel simple and stress free. The price was also a lot lower than Staples, which was a huge plus. I’m very happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely return and recommend them. Anthony made it so easy and comfortable, especially for someone like me who had no idea what they were doing.”

“I initially contacted them to get a quote packaging a lamp I bought at an Auction for shipping across the US and am very glad I ran across them! Everyone I spoke to there was very responsive and knowledgeable with my query. Not only did they expertly pack the crystal lamp, which arrived in one piece, they managed to disassemble it slightly, saving me a lot of money. And plus their overall packaging price was significantly more cost effective than the UPS Store quoted. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for efficient parcel services at a reasonable price!”

1735 Market St Ste 125, Philadelphia PA 19103
“The young woman working there with the bandana was incredible. There was a customer being rude to her, the phone was ringing off the hook, and people were lining up, yet she remained kind, professional, and friendly the entire time. She was working completely by herself, which made her even more impressive. I have no patience for people who are rude to someone who is clearly working hard and doing their best. GIVE HER A RAISE, she absolutely deserves it! She was working on June 8, 2026, around 6:30 PM. (Felt bad bothering her for her name)”

-
1300 S Christopher Columbus Blvd Ste 1, Philadelphia PA 19147
“The staff is very helpful and professional but they definitely need more help at this location. There is always a very slow response for customer service at the print shop due to only having one or two employees trying to address a long line of customers and being overwhelmed with questions. Service in this area of the store definitely needs improvement. More attention to detail needs to be addressed in keeping the floor of this area clean. This area routinely has paper debris on the floor which needs to be removed to give the store a clean professional look. Long wait times in the print shop creating disgruntled customers definitely needed to be addressed.”

“My favorite post office. Everyone is so friendly. Especially Jess, who usually helps me. Also the pretty blonde with glasses, she is helpful and sweet to all, yet about her business! Parking lot is a little tight, take extra precaution when pulling in & out of the parking spaces. It’s a lot easier when people don’t block the lot entrance, as the signs states. I try to look for a spot before turning in so i know how to maneuver my car”

“It's not the staples that you remember from the nineties. In the Back of the store are large discount bins where you can find bargains based on the day of the week. It still has office supplies , but the best part of the store is the print department and the party depot supply.”
