“Out of the three outlet stores I’ve frequent (Lancaster Pa & Pottstown Pa) I would strongly and highly recommend this outlet in Gloucester NJ for new balance.
Staff goes above and beyond to help.
Was able to order product I couldn’t get ordered at other outlets.

“Today I visited your store and was greeted by the staff immediately upon walking in. I came in searching for a pair of Classic Crocs in a color that has been discontinued. Many customers would have been discouraged, but thanks to Gianna and Mia, I wasn’t.
They went above and beyond to ensure I left with a pair in a color that was as close as possible to the original. From checking the stockroom for additional options to searching online for alternatives, they never stopped trying to help.
Both associates demonstrated outstanding customer service and made my shopping experience truly exceptional. I haven’t experienced service like this in a very long time, despite shopping frequently. It was refreshing to receive such genuine care and dedication, and it made today’s visit one to remember.

“My first vist to this location, I asked the manager if they were going to get the new work dudes with the composite toe. I have seen them online, but I like to physically handle before I buy. The manager Nicole, said that she is expecting them to arrive in a couple of weeks and that she could take my contact information to let me know when they come in. Sure enough a week later I got a text, saying that the shoes are in stock. Nicole already knew I wanted a 11wide and she held a pair for me until I was able to get back to her store. When I arrived, Nicole informs me that the new work shoes are BOGO half off!!!! WAIT WHAT?!?!?! So I got two pair with additional 15% off for spending over $100 and two free pair of laces. Nicole was very nice and fun to chat with. I definitely will recommend my other Hey Dude wearin Dudes and Dudettes to check out the Hey Dude outlet in Gloucester.”

“I have a problem since they got rid of the directory maps. I tried the QR code and the resulting map wouldn't allow me to search for the Carter's store at this mall. It gave me a map of the US. I tried the text message but they didn't respond. I'm 76 and a little old to work with this. Can you bring back the directory maps please so this can be more accessible?”

“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees.
