“I went to the Outlets about a month ago & got stuck in the store during a very bad, hour-long thunderstorm with high winds & heavy rains. I didn't plan on buying a ton of stuff, but, being stuck inside allowed me to actually look around & find some AWESOME DEALS! I bought fishing gloves, 2 button up shirts, 2 Performance Fishing Gear Tank Tops, socks, & a very cool Columbia decal --> shaped like a dog that reminded me of my Rottweiler! “I ordered online and was missing pieces of my order. I called corporate and waited 45 minutes on hold. They didn't fix the issue. I called this store and the manager Austin said, come by now and we will fix it. AND THEY DID. The staff was friendly and in my opinion did a better job then their corporate office. “My first vist to this location, I asked the manager if they were going to get the new work dudes with the composite toe. I have seen them online, but I like to physically handle before I buy. The manager Nicole, said that she is expecting them to arrive in a couple of weeks and that she could take my contact information to let me know when they come in. Sure enough a week later I got a text, saying that the shoes are in stock. Nicole already knew I wanted a 11wide and she held a pair for me until I was able to get back to her store. When I arrived, Nicole informs me that the new work shoes are BOGO half off!!!! WAIT WHAT?!?!?! So I got two pair with additional 15% off for spending over $100 and two free pair of laces. Nicole was very nice and fun to chat with. I definitely will recommend my other Hey Dude wearin Dudes and Dudettes to check out the Hey Dude outlet in Gloucester.”

I tried the text message but they didn't respond. I'm 76 and a little old to work with this. Can you bring back the directory maps please so this can be more accessible?”

“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees.
