“We highly recommend Wurst & Sons for local U-Haul rental. ?? Excellent customer service, and convenient, easily accessible location in South Jersey (Mantua). The owners were very friendly, helpful, efficient, and effective. Our 9-ft cargo van had low miles (about 9,000), was very clean inside, and drove perfectly well. No problems whatsoever, despite freezing temperatures in the teens and some patches of snow and ice on the roads. Key drop-off after hours was simple and convenient, as well. Overall, we were very satisfied and we highly recommend Wurst & Sons for renting U-Haul vehicles! (p.s. And when you're there, say hi to Stripes! ?)”
“I found the gentlemen at the shop to be very pleasant and professional. Three brothers own the shop and the one who helped us went over the truck and the contract with us and even gave us a heads up on our directions to our destination. The location is very easy to find and conveniently located on the Black Horse Pike. They don’t have all of fhe “extra supplies” as a full service U~Haul store, but there were moving blankets, a hand truck and a few other supplies in the truck if needed. I was very happy with this location and the customer service we received and would recommend it to others.”
“Spectacular experience. Great management and employees. I reserved my vehicle simply by calling directly Rent-A-Wreck directly. I called one business day in advance, they did not ask for any money upfront, and there were no problems. Car was excellent, no funny sounds or smells.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Anyone complaining about not getting refunds, booking problems, etc., are probably using Expedia or some other 3rd party system, which has NOTHING to do with Rent-A-Wreck policy.”

“I recently found Mike’s Service when I needed to rent a U-Haul truck. After using them twice, I felt really comfortable with their honesty and professionalism.
At the time, another service center told me I needed new rear brakes on my 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 64,000 miles. I asked Mike’s team if they could replace them, and when I mentioned it was a hybrid, they said they didn’t think the brakes actually needed replacing. While I was renting the U-Haul, they took a quick look at my car — and sure enough, they were right! The brakes were fine.
I can’t thank them enough for their honesty — they saved me $250 to $500. Later, I mentioned it to a manager at the senior living facility, where I live, and she said she knows Kelly and confirmed they’re great people — honest and trustworthy. She even refers customers to them often.

“Had to recently rent a cargo van from U-Haul in Somerdale. I made my reservation via the website. U-Haul was great in keeping me informed with several emails about my current status. My estimate was right on target. (I did a good job estimating my miles so there was no surprises) Check in was very easy, and drop off was also easy. Staff very friendly and helpful. “The truck was clean and operational. However, the moving blankets I paid for were disgusting. They came in a sealed bag, so I thought I was getting a clean product. That was not the case. The blankets were damp, visibly dirty and had a terrible smell.
All in all, my experience was good, but U-Haul needs to do better with cleaning their products properly before loaning them out to customers.”

“I rented a truck from here 8 months ago to move from NJ to Fl and they were by far the cheapest I could find. I kept forgetting to write a review and just remembered again and decided to write it. I had some problems with the truck, but they absolutely went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I definitely recommend this place for your truck rental.”
“My review for this location was great. I think some of the combination locks to retrieve the keys should be replaced as the combinations are deteriorating making it hard to read. I do have some complaints about the U-Haul mobile app experience and would give the mobile app only 2 stars. It was NOT great and I would rather prefer to schedule and pick up with a real person. Uhaul should notify the customer at the time of scheduling what is to be expected when picking up the tuck. I was not aware of how long the process takes before you can drive the truck off the lot and should have at least arrived 30 minutes before I scheduled the pickup. U-Haul should allow you to register your rental a day before and start with the driver license and verification process in advance. I know you can't verify the truck in advance, but at least have to option to submit your driver license to verify in advance. You will also submit a second contact as a reference and uhaul will contact your reference. Well, if your reference ist not answering the phone right away you just sit in the lot waiting to be verified. Which is probably why the process took that long. If I would have known that this is the process I could have prepared better. Also, when you first get your vehicle you need to take pictures from each side. This is great on theory, but to be able to fit each side in the camera view you need to step back at least 20 feet. This is impossible from where the truck is parked. The process is the same again when you return. You will need to take pictures from each side. I will only recommend to start the return process before parking the truck as you will not have enough room to take the pictures. Hindsight I should also have taken the truck out of the parking spot when I picked it up before finalizing the pickup procedure. I will be better prepared next time, but Uhaul should have better communication and send instructions prior to your scheduled rental.”
“Good day all, Renting a haul all online was a new thing for us. We had to move and did all the paperwork only and we got to the pick-up spot all we had to do was go inside and pick up the keys.
