“I had a problem with a missing grill mfr shipped it UPS lost it. I called customer service and spoke to Theresa the nicest person you ever want to talk too. She understood my problem and she promised to take of it she said she throughly investigate it. Got back to me an hour later and found out UPS lost it. She reordered the grill for me and put a rush on it and gave me a discount for reordering it. She is the best employee at Home Depot I want to thank her for gold star customer service. You have any problems get a hold of Theresa.”
“I’ve unfortunately had to rent two vehicles in the last month unexpectedly. One due to a crash and the second sue to my new car breaking down. Both I’ve frantically come into enterprise and Alex and others have made sure my family was accommodated, even today 30 minutes before closing. In the past I had not so positive experiences with other branches but Alex and others have changed my outlook on the company. I can’t thank them enough. Hopefully next time I’ll rent for fun.”

“Yes, it is true, the cars are not like budget or hurts however, i the name of the place is Rent-A- Wreck. That being said, I rented a car from them back in October and the service was impeccable. The owner and staff were kind and professional. I was not surprised that the car was not brand new.Lance and his staff were so kind and generous to me when I was in a really tough spot. The experience has stayed with me and I try to pay it forward. It just goes to show, you can't judge a place by its name. “Not every site is the same but this specific location of Enterprise is the only rental company who CONSISTENTLY provides excellent service and clean rental vehicles. I say this because I have been renting vehicles for over 10 years now many states different companies. Eric, Mauri and Kevin helped me during my last 2 visits and wow they are an amazing team. They call me during appropriate times and always display professionalism. They answer all my questions have a positive attitude and make me feel comfortable every time I walk in. I am renting again from them and I feel safe and at easy knowing they will help take care of all of my rental vehicle needs. I would recommend them to my own grandma and she's tough to please. They deserve recognition for the amazing services they are providing and I hope they know that I am appreciative of it. I work hard for my money and for my personal time, the last thing I want is headaches getting a rental and I can guarantee you won't find that here. Thanks a lot everyone!”

“This was my first time using this location but the people here are very nice. I like this location if I ever need a U-Haul again I’ll be checking this location first. It was super easy and convenient. You use the U-Haul app make a reservation for a truck at this location as long as they have some available then you go in and get it at your pick up you made. Highly recommend!”
