“My 2019 Jeep Cherokee with 50,000 miles on it died and no start , I towed to a horrible mechanic who told me I needed a starter and replaced it and told me he doesn’t know what’s wrong and charged me $400 dollars to tow it out., and towed it to AAA they said it was the battery and starter and wanted to charge triple to do this. The mechanic technicians are highly skilled at servicing our Mercedes Benz both scheduled maintenance service and service repairs . They order Mercedes parts and their pricing for service is trustworthy and transparent. If the service is outside their expertise they are honest it about and refer you to the Mercedes dealer for example I needed front Mercedes tire pressure sensors . “I called because I had an issue with my transmission shift solenoid and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and explained that the manufacturer (Mazda) only sells solenoids with the entire valve body and that it might not be worth it to fix.
