“A few days ago I went into a different location and they were not of assistance. Luckily today the associate Jose was able to help me. My inquiry required me to call into customer service which took a while but Jose was very patient. I really appreciate how the entire staff there was pleasant as I walked in the location 30mins prior to closing.
I was very apologetic my situation was time assuming but Jose, the gentleman who was seemingly the manager and another associate who was still assisting genuinely seemed happy to help. No one seemed annoyed or upset. This was amazing customer service. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again Jose!”
“After speaking with Tyler it was an easy decision to order my ConnecTen service, the RV park I’m staying at removed their WiFi provider and I had to do something. Upon receiving my browser, simply plugged it in and after about 15 minutes , I’ve had uninterrupted 5G service for work and entertainment! Thank you Tyler!!”

This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. “Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

“We finally decided to upgrade our phones and visited this Verizon store last Friday as it’s close from our house. Mr. Smerlyn took cake of us everything including the transfer of data from old phone to new one. It was such a pleasant experience. It’s located in a small shopping square and lots of parking spaces. “I recently went to this Prospect Ave. Xfinity store location to upgrade my XB7 gateway to an XB8. I spoke with Tirah and she was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She helped me with all of my questions and when I came back later that day with some additional questions, she helped me again the second she saw I was back. She was great.
Honestly, i've been to this store several times over the years and they are always outstanding. They have knowledgable folks working their who go the extra mile to make sure you are being helped and getting your questions answered. “The staff was super friendly and helpful. My iPhone 12 Pro fell in water and the next day it wouldn’t charge anymore so I had to get a new phone ASAP. They made the unexpected upgrade transition seamless and also gave me helpful tips regarding T mobile coverage and Apple Care coverage that I didn’t know about before. I was out of the store in less than 1 hour (I backed up via iCloud prior to heading to the store). I called the other store near Bergen County and they were all out of stock of the iPhone 16 Pro Max and this was the only store that had availability (I got the last one in stock that day). Thank you to everyone! I definitely recommend to come here and will be back for future visits!”

After investing in several boxes I still would list my connection even though it shows up as active on T Mobil end. Having had a terrible experience with a T-Mobile supervisor earlier today about 3pm I anticipated ring disrespected at your broad and Market branch in Newark nj as well. I was pleasant surprised when k met Betty. She was absolutely delightful. Her smile and friendly demeanor erased most if not all of the bitter tastes your earlier employee left in my mouth.
