“A few days ago I went into a different location and they were not of assistance. Luckily today the associate Jose was able to help me. My inquiry required me to call into customer service which took a while but Jose was very patient. I really appreciate how the entire staff there was pleasant as I walked in the location 30mins prior to closing.
I was very apologetic my situation was time assuming but Jose, the gentleman who was seemingly the manager and another associate who was still assisting genuinely seemed happy to help. No one seemed annoyed or upset. This was amazing customer service. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again Jose!”

“Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful. My iPhone 12 Pro fell in water and the next day it wouldn’t charge anymore so I had to get a new phone ASAP. They made the unexpected upgrade transition seamless and also gave me helpful tips regarding T mobile coverage and Apple Care coverage that I didn’t know about before. I was out of the store in less than 1 hour (I backed up via iCloud prior to heading to the store). I called the other store near Bergen County and they were all out of stock of the iPhone 16 Pro Max and this was the only store that had availability (I got the last one in stock that day).
