“A few days ago I went into a different location and they were not of assistance. Luckily today the associate Jose was able to help me. My inquiry required me to call into customer service which took a while but Jose was very patient. I really appreciate how the entire staff there was pleasant as I walked in the location 30mins prior to closing.
I was very apologetic my situation was time assuming but Jose, the gentleman who was seemingly the manager and another associate who was still assisting genuinely seemed happy to help.
